First time in a Taco John’s and probably last time. I was shocked at how rough the employees looked. Missing and/or very bad teeth and not particularly hygienic looking. Based on their looks, decided against ordering food and went for a large soda. Didn’t realize a large is 40 oz!!! I think it cost about $4.30 which seems pretty outrageous.

Even during dinner rush, we got great service from this Taco John’s. Their food was amazing and despite the ice machine being out of ice, they offered to fill our cups up in the back.

The worker that’s blonde dude with curly hair flipped me off with both hands for absolutely no reason. What a disgrace!! Atleast the potato olays were good ☹️ the management needs to get their employees under control.

Not impressed at all. Cashier had no idea what was going on, and when my gift card didn’t work, he offered little to no help. Also, my potato oles were undercooked. The burrito was also not very warm. Water came out with a hint of tea. Not to much to compliment here, but it could have been worse.

I ordered through the app and paid for my meal with a debit card . When I arrived to pick up the order I was rudely told they had no record of my order. I showed them the attached receipt and I was basically called a liar even with the proof. I will never set foot inside this establishment again and the woman that waited on m should be fired!!

I don’t know if it’s due to negligent employees not showing up to open the restaurant when they’re supposed to or closing early when they’re not supposed to, but this location is literally never open when it’s supposed to be. It’s supposed to be open at 6:30 a.m. during the weekdays, but literally every time I’ve shown up even as late as 7:30 a.m. they’ve still been closed. And now at this very moment they’re supposed to be open until midnight, and it even states that it was verified 4 days ago, yet go figure THEY’RE CLOSED. The least they could do is make sure that the hours that are advertised online are accurate so that I can quit wasting my time driving all the way to there only to be disappointed.

Kylie and her team are absolutely amazing! She was caught in a busy situation with some online ordering and some of the orders got mixed up! She was absolutely perfect on the phone and when I sent my husband back in! She exceeded the expectations above and beyond! I wish I would have caught rest of the crews name working on the evening of 1/9/25 but I was only able to catch Kylie’s! Girl! You’re amazing and thank you so much for making things fresh and hot and ready for my little family and me! Keep up the good work! And thank you for seeing us all the way through!
