Golden Corral’s my fave since childhood! Fresh fried chicken & tons of options . Jawanda & staff treat you like family—super attentive even when packed. Helped our middle school group & fixed our issue fast. Wish greens skipped pork & they had stewed tomatoes . Festive & clean! 9/10, back soon!

All of the hot food was fresh, full and good. The place. Including the rest rooms was clean and inviting.
They had the fireplaces going. It was a little chilly at the one end and too hot at the other.
We had a great dinner. It was where my 7 year old wanted to go for her birthday and she was happy.

I took my grandkids who normally love it. There have been changes done to recipes that none of us liked. Pizza was a school lunch quality with dough not fully cooked, Mac and cheese tastes different, and how do you dry out BBQ thighs? Thankfully I liked the veggies for the most part and yeah!!!!! Fried chicken still tasted good.

1st of all service was friendly and good. I went to breakfast Sunday. It gets a 4 star because it is simply a Golden Corral, but this is a very good one. It was clean and food was kept neat and bacon was crispy cooked right. Senior discount like $1 off, free coffee, & with breakfast there is free fruit juices. Biscuits w sausage gravy – yum

Really disappointed. We love golden corral and since there aren’t any in my state we try to get to them whenever we go out of state. Never have we ever had an issue until this visit. The food was not labeled so we had to skip things because we didn’t know what they were (and I have allergies to worry about). When asking what some dishes were i got stared at like I had 3 heads and either the person walked away or told me they didn’t know. What food we did know was 50/50. The fried chicken was mushy instead of crispy. The rolls were partially stale like they were in a bag and one side has been open the whole time. No regular butter. Either margarine or honey butter. I dont like to put sweetened butter on food that isn’t supposed to be sweet (ie mashed potatoes or bread) and margarine is just disgusting with its chemical taste. We got there between breakfast and lunch. Hubby got some bacon which was delicious but when going back to get some for me we watched them put it in the fridge. It was a full pan! So that means they’re just reheating food and not using fresh but I’m hoping more that it just gets donated. If it’s that the food is getting reused then that probably explains why our meals were so subpar. Service was ok. We got water at the beginning but got charged for milk so we had to get that fixed. The lady that served our section started off good but we noticed once the Spanish speaking customers arrived she was busy talking with them. I couldn’t care less what language you speak but don’t let it affect your service to other clients. Once the latinx families were arriving no one took our dirty plates or anything in our section and we couldn’t get water refills but she bent over backwards for the other customers. I even saw her bringing food to them a few times. I could see if they were disabled or pregnant etc but they were able to get up when they wanted something as we watched many times. As a Spanish speaker myself i could hear and understand the conversations. Nothing important. Just them talking about nothing special or food/restaurant related. Definitely will not go back to the Fredericksburg location. Besides it being dangerous not labeling foods, the subpar food and service was deterring.

I had such a great time at Golden Corral! The food was fresh, hot, and constantly restocked — especially the pizza
and dessert bar, which were absolute highlights. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed meal.
But the best part of my visit was the service. Our waiter, Carlos, was amazing! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find service this good!

There were good options. I like the variety which is why I come to Golden Corral for quick easy dining. The open salad bar at this location didn’t look very sanitary or fresh. The same person who was cleaning and touching the bottom of the vacuum was the same person handling my drink. I was uncomfortable with that didn’t see gloves being changed and it didn’t seem short staffed.

My family and I have been visiting this restaurant for many years. We always enjoy the Grilled Stake and the variety of food as well as the dessert. We were a bit confused about the drinks that are now self-serving before getting to the register. Dinner and weekends are a bit pricey buy is worth. The staff needs to be a little more friendly and courteous, but I still highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The food could be better most of it was very bland. I know the food cannot be seasoned heavy for example the cabbage tasted like it was just cooked in water with no flavor.
Please up your game with your food because to be in the south it was horrible maybe higher some southern cooks that know what it take to cook good food.

This Golden Corral was a great place to eat. Some of the food was okay and some was fantastic, we all have different tastes though, so still give it a shot!! Service was pretty good, but sometimes would be difficult to get your server if something was needed. If I wanted to give the place a rating, I would say 7 out of 10.
