I’ve been to Wingstop many times and as always it’s really good but this time I went and I had a horrible experience I wasn’t really welcomed but when I got my food and I came home, the wings are very dry. I have no sauce in them and they’re supposed to be a spicy ones and my lemon pepper wings, which I have a picture of saying on the receipt I don’t have any lemon pepper seasoning on them.

Boneless chicken is almost half breading and dry. Fries are your average microwave fries… you can see other reviews. Boneless Meal Deal For 2 is probably the best bang for your buck otherwise go to another place if you really are craving chicken. The locations in Santa Rosa or Petaluma aren’t any better. When miserable McDonald’s has a bit of a higher rating it should tell you the standards in the area

Upon entering, I was greeted immediately, which was nice. The inside is a standard fast food restaurant, reminded me of subway. The girl at the counter was nice and helpful as this was my first time eating here. She recommended the mango habenero wings, which I tried, and I also go the Korean style with fries and soda. It was 14$ plus tax and included 6 wings total, I actually received 4 of each type that I ordered. My order came out quick, and the wings weren’t that hot. The breading was too thick for my liking, I prefer a little less breading. The mango habanero was actually pretty good, and I didn’t really care for the Korean style. The fries had way too much salt on them. I had to wipe them off with a napkin before eating them. I could also hear the cooks goofing around while i ate, it didnt bother me but some folks may not like that. I had wanted to try eating here for a while since i love crispy chicken and I left not being impressed, probably the last time I’ll eat there.

My Dad and I love Wingstop, we always get the 6 tender combo plus two fries and 2 sauces deal. We add 2 more tenders and another ranch to the order for a total of 21 bucks. (Rohnert Park location) For the second time however, one being tonight, we didn’t receive any of our sauces in our order when I got home. It is a disappointment since it takes away from the foods taste and lessens the service quality in our eyes. Again, I understand mistakes happen but being more vigilant when reading receipts and putting together orders is important and would have prevented this review . (Additionally we paid for the extra sauce if 1.59 which was missing along with the other two sauces that come automatically in the deal)

OMG! Immediately after eating my food my stomach started hurting. Had to rush to the bathroom with Poop coming out runny. Stomach felt a little better. So I lay back down. Stomach began hurting again. Back to the toilet with even more runny poop and a painful stomach. Good thing I didn’t eat all the food. Now I have to throw away half of my money spent to purchase this disgusting sloppy meal. This is my second time ordering from this place. Didn’t experience Any negatives with my first order. So I came back. Definitely won’t be coming back again. Thank you ️

Terrible food never coming here again. I had lemon pepper and original hot wings with fries. Over the weekend. Soon after eating the wings we started getting stomach ache. My husband and I got food poisoning. We had vomit and diarrhea all night and it continued the next day with horrible stomach ache and this is the only thing we ate yesterday. Honestly, Please don’t go to this place if you don’t want to be in the same position it’s horrible.

First of all, customer service is very good . the food is prepared properly. For example, the chicken is soft and crunchy . The sauce in the chicken may be spicy according to the taste of the customer. Potatoes are perfectly fried and have a good pinch of salt.
