Very crowded. Forgot that it was Sunday, when we had a bday brunch for my niece. Food was great. Appetizers we ordered fried pickles & hush puppies (soooo tasty)! For lunch we ordered a steak/shrimp platter (new menu item) & a catfish platter; while the kids ordered chicken tenders. All meals came with two sides. However, the service seemed disorganized, with some food items missing, forgotten or served late.

My adult children and Idined in for breakfast. We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. Our server was Keviontae (KK). She gave the best service that I have received in a very long time at any restaurant. She was pleasant, she was attentive to the special request or adjustments we made to our meal request. I was sure the food was going to come back wrong, but everything was perfect. KK checked on us throughout the stay making sure we had everything we needed. KK thanks for the exemplary service!

The bacon (always perfect) and the pancakes were delicious. Unfortunately, I have not been here in many months because my dearly departed mother loved it. It was nice to see why she loved it so much. My waitresses in our area had been there for awhile. The way they greeted the customers, commented on how a boy was growing bigger and offering a to go tea for an older lady, absolutely loving customer care not just customer service.

I almost never eat at Cracker Barrel but it’s always been a family tradition that we go on Christmas Eve. We did just that and went to this location.
Arriving at around 8:30 AM, they weren’t busy and we immediately got a table. Our waitress was SUPER friendly. It did take a few minutes to get our drinks but wasn’t too big of a deal. We got biscuits as an appetizer, they were good!
I got the home style chicken & French toast as my entree. Overall, it was decent. The French toast was good but the chicken could have been seasoned a little better.
Overall, not a bad experience. I’ll probably come back.

Went with family for breakfast and we enjoyed our time. Everyone was welcoming coming inside and got seated right away. Our server Keyanna was amazing, patient and very attentive. The food was really good as well. Definitely will come back 🙂

Starting with the service,… it was excellent. Our server brought out initial beverages promptly and she came to check on us often, refilled the good coffee promptly (gave me a fresh one to go on my way out), service with a smile.
Everything was served hot and delicious.
I could have stayed in the country store side for an hour or longer. They have cards, vintage toys, some vintage clothing for women and girls, snow gloves…a little bit of so many things.

I had the shrimp bowl as a second option as my original order was all done which was supposed to be a chicken basket. Although, I’m not so much a lover of shrimp and and I didn’t want anything deep fried but definitely wanted something different I opt for the shrimp it was ok as I was really hungry and didn’t want to take for ever trying to choose something, nonetheless! I really loved the Root beer definitely !

All American good! That home made bread is great! Comes out hot and flakey with different choices of fruit and butter spreads. Pancakes with real syrup in new cute bottle. Look around and seem people over 69 and with their family like to come here for a meal. it’s a homey atmosphere. Currently they have a $5 salad and soup combo special. Salads are so fresh!

I enjoyed the time. Ordered the Grandma/Grandpa Breakfast. It was made to order as I requested. I also had 2 blueberry pan cakes. You gotta Love those pan cakes.
My wife enjoyed the Biscuits and Gravy. Just something special about that meal, she always says it is sooooo Good. Give them a visit sometime soon and see if they make you feel good.

I love Cracker Barrel and always had a good experience and fresh food. On this occasion and location however I was a bit disappointed.
First of all the service was brilliant and Dawn was very cheerful and nice.
I ordered the limited edition chicken dinner. It arrived quickly, a bit too quickly.
I am 100% confident that it was not freshly made but heated up in the microwave. It was not tasting fresh, it was just warm and the whole thing had a rubbery texture, exactly when you heat up battered and fried chicken in the microwave.
The dessert was great, it saved it a bit.
