Galpin Restaurant is hands-down one of the best diner dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food is truly unmatched. I’ve traveled to 29 states, and this restaurant still holds the crown. Every dish is exceptional, from appetizers to dessert.
That said, we did have a disappointing experience during our second visit. We were under the impression that we were being invited by our salesperson, as we had not fully used the two-person voucher given on our first visit. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Although we still enjoyed a full meal—appetizer, main course, and dessert—the server overlooked the fact that we had only partially used our voucher the day before and still had a full meal remaining. This miscommunication was frustrating and took away from an otherwise outstanding experience.
Despite that hiccup, the quality of the food remains exceptional, and Galpin Restaurant is truly something special. With clearer communication, the experience would have been flawless.
