Open until 9pm but out of bread by 7. Unless you want wheat that most people don’t order. But the French roll that every one orders. To bad out by 7. Cuz if we don’t have bread. We don’t have to make sandwiches. Don’t forget to shut off the lights 15 minutes early too. If people think we’re closed they won’t come. This is not the first time iether. This happens quite often. Oh yeah don’t forget to tip at least 20%.

This is the second time they have done this. Went down a little after 4:30 today to get a number 11 meal with a cookie. Pulled the sandwich out and ate it, looked to the bottom of the bag and the chips that where in there where the wrong kind and no cookie. Don’t know what I’m paying the extra for let alone for chips I don’t want. This is the second time I have ate here and at first I thought it was a honest mistake but now after the second time and talking to people, It just seems to be the way they operate. Hopefully they are not pocketing people difference

Was mistaken with first order. Made it perfectly 2nd time. And was actually excellent. Big Kahuna With spinach and extra mayo w Jalapeno and cheddar wrap. They were out of the low carb wraps. I’ll DEFINITELY order again. Delivery was super fast too, once they put in correct address.

Bread very dry, very skimpy on meat and condiments. When address issue they really didn’t care or make it right. Called corporate talked to young girl and she said she would send out coupon. We’ll it never happen. Called again , same girl reminded her. She really didn’t care nor did she make it right. Anyone reading this, you are better off going to Fire House or Jimmy John’s for a good sub.

I really enjoy Milio’s but this location is in serious need of intervention from corporate. Every time I order anything my order is incorrect in some way. Tonight, I ordered a Chicken Bacon Club. They forgot the bacon. Is it a big deal? No, but every single time something is wrong. The staff have attitude as well. The store has a drive through where you can pickup an online order yet every time I use it I get rolled eyes, heavy sighs, and just general unfriendly attitude, especially the one young woman who works there. Corporate needs to step in and either clean house or shut down that location.

From 3/17/24: Sandwiches were good and larger than I expected. But the 5 stars are really for the 2 young men working that afternoon who had way more patience with my 8 yr/o Grandson than his tired old Grandma did lol! They were super helpful – thanks!

We moved here about 3 years ago and we loved coming here. However, in the last 6 months or so this location has drastically plunged into a hole of ridiculousness. Even after wrong orders, rude attitudes, flat soda and forgetting sides we have still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. After tonight, we’re done. Our dinner, once again was ruined and, as usual, calling anyone at this location is useless. One of our subs was a number 12 without sprouts. What we received, for the umpteenth time is a sad little sub with barely any meat or veggies and MAYBE a half a TSP of guacamole and no mayo. We also ordered a tuna salad sub and wouldn’t ya know…there is literally NO tuna on the sub. Why does every other location put a generous amount of tuna salad on their subs but not this one?! Bread and lettuce and tomato is all you get with MAYBE a tablespoon of tuna. So sick of not getting what we pay for! BUYER BEWARE…you’ll order what you want, but pay for whatever they decide to give you!!

Ordered 2 subs and both were made incorrectly and missing ingredients. When I called back (I was super polite, I wasn’t being a Karen about it cause hey, they’re busy, people make mistakes, it happens). I was told they would remake the subs and send them out again. About 20 minutes later they delivered the missing ingredients wrapped in paper which was leaking. I was also given a coupon for one free sandwich.
So not only were both the subs made incorrectly but we were reimbursed for only one sandwich. I was told the sandwiches would just be remade and I was happy to return the other two. Over an hour later when I actually tried eating the sandwich the bread had gotten soggy and I just threw it away.
Pretty disappointed as they didn’t do what they said they would and we were reimbursed for only half our order. I didn’t bother calling back a third time, who knows what I would’ve gotten! Won’t be ordering from there again.

First time trying Milio’s. Ordered double beef and cheese. The sandwich was much smaller than the same sandwich at Jimmy Johns. Had less meat but cost significantly more . Service was great and the bread was fresh. But money is tight these days so I’ll stick with the bigger sandwich for less money. Plus JJ has great coupons to help with costs.
