I was in New York for Christmas and end of the year time with my family and my daughter Tell me about this place that some friends talk about and I said let’s go.. we went for breakfast and let me tell you this has been one of the best breakfast I ever had in my life. quality flavor presentation everything. This place is amazing, the atmosphere the vibe. It was awesome and I had a couple of words with Vittorio the manager and I tell him what a great place you guys have here excellent next time I pass by New York or Texas. Where is the other location for sure I’m gonna visit.

Slightly interesting menu and nice welcoming cozy atmosphere but food was just ok tasting. The avocado toast, though it had he beetroot hummus, was nothing to write home about with not too much avocado and average flavor. Hummus didn’t add much and there wasn’t much of it. Bread was nicely chewy.
Also had avo Benny and banana bread French toast. All of these items are marked as favorites on the menu, but disappointed overall for that.

Arriving just after 7.30 a.m., I walked through the quiet charm of Chelsea Park and into a café that feels both local and welcoming. The early calm set the tone, but even as the pace picked up and the room filled quickly, the service never skipped a beat.
My server, Desiree, was exceptional — warm, attentive, and effortlessly managing a growing crowd with real New York confidence. The whole team handled the Sunday rush with ease, and the service remained impeccable from start to finish.
The food was outstanding. The American-style “biscuit” under my scrambled eggs was a revelation — buttery, crisp, and designed to soak up every flavour. Paired with those silky eggs, it was a perfect example of how simple dishes can shine when done well.
The ambience is classic Chelsea: relaxed, stylish, and full of neighbourhood character. You feel the café’s Australian roots in the friendliness and the Chelsea identity in the energy.
