This is my favorite place to lunch! It’s conveniently close to my work and the service is always quick! I love that the menu offers vegetarian friendly options! The flavors are fresh and robust and the food always tastes good! They also offer smoothies and soups; which are delicious! My favorite choices are the Hungarian Mushroom soup and the Cauliflower Buffalo wrap! Highly recommend!

Sexy Salad has been a convenient local lunch spot, but quality and cleanliness has wavered over time.
The Asian Chicken Salad is made from formed processed chicken that gets chewy and unpleasant. Take notes from the KC Pizza And Wings own grilled chicken, which is far superior and I no longer get the chicken from Sexy Salad.
The romaine used (pictured) always includes the white, hard root, cores. Completely ruining what could be a top notch lunch experience.
Last time I came in was end of lunch where the line chef in white was moving/cleaning the rubber mats and using an equally unclean looking tool for the grill cleaning area. Having not washed hands first, he turned to ask if I wanted to order. No way was this food safe and I’m never ordering grill items anywhere near the last hour or so of closing.
Sexy Salad has gotten over confident with the cute name and early in the local salad game. Hope they improve the quality for retention of regular local businesses.

If I could give the Sexy Salad in Hauppauge 10 Stars, I would. They recently catered a retirement party for the President of our company. We ordered the “Sexy Lunch” which included several sandwiches and wraps: Italian, chicken salad, chicken cutlet, tuna salad, and vegetarian, in addition to chickpea salad with feta, Asian bow tie salad, fresh fruit platters and drinks. They also catered several hot dishes for us which were all phenomenal. I highly recommend the chicken. Nina.. made with chicken, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms in a white wine sauce. We had almost 100 staff members in attendance and they all raved about the food. They delivered and even set up all the dishes and prepped for luncheon for a wonderful presentation. It was the perfect send-off to our beloved President… Not to mention the hospitality we were given since this luncheon was supposed to occur during the worst snowstorm this past week.
