Very disappointing food! Decent helpful service!!
Love the inside setup!
I ordered their special featured sandwich… Super Parm Sandwich. By the time I came from restroom, 3 minutes tops, my sandwich was sitting on the table. The appearance was ok, for being a chicken place i wood expect a thicker portion. The bun was amazing!! But the chicken was barely luke warm, there was hardly any marinara sauce and parmesan cheese, especially since that’s what makes the sandwich! And you would think for the price you’re paying, you would think you would get a fresh product!! Oh more more thing…..I don’t normally tip when I have to come to the counter to place my order, it annoys the heck out of me, but I did today because of how friendly and helpful Anthony was.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend a place so overpriced and not even getting a fresh product!!

Sooooo much better than other highly rated chicken joints nearby.
1. They offer grilled or breaded chicken. The latter of which is coated well and very crispy.
2. The coleslaw has a nice bite to it with the vinegar bit its still creamy.
3. They offer a slew of sandwiches and salads so you can have greens with your chicken and potatoes.
4. They also offer multiple types of sauces for your chicken.
5. The french fries are delicious. If you like 5 Guys fries, you’ll like these.
6. THEY HAVE FROZEN CUSTARD!
7. If you’re eating In-House, the music is playing but its actually working as it should, its background noise. I can hear people talking without having to yell.
8. Staff are courteous and friendly. Thank you Dariana!!!

This spot is the real deal. No idea how they do it, but it’s far and away the juiciest fried chicken on this planet. And the fries are to die for. Generous rewards program really locks this up as one of my absolute favorite guilty pleasures.
Customer service at this particular location is the best in the area. Cannot emphasize that enough.

First time eating here and I will go back. Friendly staff that greets you when you walk in. I had the deluxe and the chicken filet was larger than the bun, the breading on the chicken was crispy and not greasy! The pickles and garlic aiolo made the sandwich perfect.

Made the trip from Beaverton to check out Super Chix, and I’m so glad I did! The food and atmosphere are both excellent. I loved both the crispy and grilled chicken, but the fried pickles completely surprised me—they are incredibly good. Definitely worth the trip!

The chicken is pretty good here and they have a nice menu specializing in chicken tenders, sandwiches, and salads. They do have a lot of competition in the general area but I think they hold their own, though their tenders don’t particularly stand out. Their fries are decent too, but I’ve had better, and they gave me a lot of the smaller, overcooked pieces last time. They have a diverse selection of sauces, and I liked that they offer a Korean BBQ flavor. Service was fast from my experience, and they’re open fairly late compared to other places. Definitely worth a try.

My husband and I decided to try this place or for a quick dinner around 6pm before heading to Costco. Initial concern was over the steep menu pricing, but given this economy, it wasn’t any worse than the other new & popular eateries popping up in Vancouver.
The staff was super friendly, especially Walter, who really made a lasting & positive impression on us. The establishment was organized and clean, no residue on chairs or tables. The sandwiches & fries were served quickly, despite the dinner rush that swarmed in on our heels. Food was hot and tasted fresh! Serving portions were exceedingly adequate and made up for the pricing/sticker shock. The custard was delicious and reminded me of our long-lost, favorite Sheridan’s Custard. Overall, we’ll be going back soon.

First impression is always important and mine was a clean building. Very nice staff , and good atmosphere.
I ordered for my family of five food came out quick again. Staff was super helpful and nice. I accidentally forgot a side order of fries and I believe it, the person in charge of the shift gave me In an instant without hesitation and did not let me pay.
So I appreciate that.
The second time I went it was just as good and just as kind of staff, I recommend bringing your family here after a busy day or a late Evening meal definitely Making a name for themselves. Good job guys and gals

Stopped in as a door dasher to pick up a very large order that had a decent wait time. Instantly Walter offered us a small cup of custard and some fries and a few pieces of chicken while we waited. The customer service was immaculate. As someone only there to deliver food the customer service and energy will definitely bring me back in with my family on my own time and dime. Thank you for giving me a beautiful experience even as a non customer. The atmosphere I experienced was definitely family and customer oriented. Thank you for the service and we will be returning soon!

When I told my family that we were going to try out Super Chix for dinner, my 6 year old stated “I don’t like chicken!” At the top of his lungs. (Setting the stage)
Well, once we arrived the place was clean, yet just busy enough to know that others were trying it out too.
The menu was well laid out and made for easy ordering. It was hot out, so my wife and I each ordered salads. Her the house and me the Nashville Hot.
Kids each got the kids meal. Him with chicken tenders and her with a slider.
We sat down at a booth and the table was clean. About 5-7 minutes later our food was delivered to our table. It looked amazing.
The salads were fresh, crispy, and well dressed. Both of us really enjoyed them.
The kids each tried their food. She, loved her sliders (a bit of butter on the bun added some sweetness that she really liked). He, the “I don’t like chicken” took a bite. He then stated, “maybe I do like chicken!” followed by “can we come back tomorrow?”
Count that as a huge win!
The amount of French fries the kids meals come with is more than enough for the parents to have some too.
Overall, great experience, great food, great staff.
