I was on campus for the 2025 Alabama Religious Freedom Summit and decided to visit the cafeteria for lunch. The faculty, students and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was quality was very high, as you would expect at an Adventist institution. Excellent salad bar. The vegan and vegetarian choices were clearly labelled, along with potential allergens. Beautiful view of campus from the window by my table. Overall a lovely experience.
