Go for the ice cream. DO NOT go for the food.
My wife and I have been numerous times for the ice cream and have always been happy with it.
Tonight, we stopped for dinner. The service was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to get our food.
As pictured, my chilli cheese dog was severely lacking in both chilli and cheese. More like essence of chilli cheese dog. My onion ring order was on the small size as well.
Very disappointed.

Nice quiet little spot with a lot of menu options. Anything from Desert to snacks, to burgers, to pizza! Drive through is convenient or stay a while and enjoy the park right next door. Need gas? There’s a gas station right across the street!

After 2 bad experiences in as many years, we thought we would give it another try. We ordered the only good thing we have got from there and they messed it up. 3 marshmallow malts ended up being 3 vanilla shakes. And after our 25 minutes of waiting, we weren’t about to turn around and go back. It’s a shame because the last time we ordered it, it was absolutely amazing, the food was the only thing that was bad. I’m done trying.
*the picture is after it’s been in the freezer for a bit. It was too thin by the time I got home because I don’t like vanilla shakes, so I waited and added chocolate. Not a spec of malt in it and you obviously cant see that theres no marshmallow.

Old fashioned drive-in that has a drive-up window and great covered patio for outdoor dining. Really appreciated 3 different vege burger options. We tried the black bean burger which was delicious. All the toppings were fresh and yummy. Can’t wait to go back and try the other 2 vege options. LOVED the fries. Everything was super reasonable prices!

Usually one of my favorite places to eat. However, I called a bit ahead of time sat on, hold for 12 minutes because they were busy. Just to pull up to the establishment, it’s an empty seating, and nobody waiting and I was still on hold, we’ll never give my business to them again

bsolutely disgusted with my experience at Main Street Burgers Pizza & Ice Cream. I don’t even know where to start. The curly fries were vile — greasy, soggy, and tasted like old oil. I couldn’t even finish them. The jalapeño popper bites? Burnt to a crisp and oozing grease. Completely inedible.
I paid extra for condiments and toppings on my black bean burger — mustard, ketchup, pickles, lettuce, onion — and got NONE of it. Just a dry, sad patty with a slice of tomato. No effort, no care.
Perhaps it was just a bad day for them, but I’m feeling ripped off and genuinely disappointed.

Make sure you check your receipt for extra charges, but don’t expect them to do anything about it if you find one. I stopped in for a small flurry today. The menu says its 4.99 and lists the toppings available. I would assume a flurry would include 1 topping, otherwise its just a cup of ice cream. I asked for cherry. When she gives me the price my total was $6.55. You don’t have to be good at math to know tax is not over $1.50. I gave her my card and asked for the receipt. I saw they charged 1.19 for the cherry topping. I questioned why I was charged for the topping and the girl didn’t have an answer. Two other people came to assist, neither of who could provide an answer. They shouted back to someone else for help, but still no one could explain to me why asking for a single topping in a flurry would cost additional. I even told them without a topping you would just be giving me a cup of ice cream. They seemed to understand what I was saying and one kid seemed bewildered by the extra charge as well. But, at the end of the day, the young girl just said, “we have to charge it” and offered to either give me the ice cream or give me a full refund (and leave with nothing). I said I would just take the ice cream but I won’t be coming back, to which she replied “thats fine.”
Well, I work in Eau Claire and we have staff lunches where we order from local restaurants. When I say I’m not coming back, you’re not just losing my personal business, but you’re also losing my work’s business. I hope that extra $1.19 goes far for you, because its going to cost you hundreds of dollars in the long run.

I love this place. It’s one of my favorite pit stops in southwest Michigan. They make a great olive burger, akin to Neon Grill in St. Joe. Their potato wedges are seasoned well and have a lovely crisp. They make incredible sundaes. One of the best outdoor diner and drive-thru experiences in the region.
