Passing by on R66 we picked this restaurant by luck.
The food was excellent but too much, as Europeans we are used to smaller portions. The waitress (Lezlee Z) was extremely friendly and helpful.

My wife and visited olive garden because our past experiences have been great, but this time didn’t quite meet expectations. We decided to try new dishes versus our usual meal. I ordered the tour of Italy which was not so good, the pasta was pretty dry so I asked for more Alfredo sauce for it. My wife ordered the salmon and it was super salty as well as the bread sticks, we had to scrape the seasoning off the salmon and request new bread sticks with less seasoning and the waitress was hesitant and said they just made fresh bread so she may not be able to. My beverage was not refilled for the longest time an noticed another guest across from us with the same issue waiting on his refill. I also asked for a strawberry lemonade which our waitress said they dont have but in the past they made it for me using the same strawberry flavoring that they use for the flavored tea, I let it go an requested a water instead instead of going back and forth as she didn’t seem interested in attempting to make an effort to accommodate. We were sat in the back room as it seemed like a big daycare with all the loud children. The waitress wasn’t necessarily rude but just didn’t seem quite up to olive gardens standards as we experienced in the past. Hopefully this visit was a fluke as we enjoy our little date nights there.

CHECK YOUR SALAD BEFORE EATING. This is 2nd time in 2 weeks that we got old brown lettuce. I spoke to the manager and she said she would let the vendors know. I told her the workers in the kitchen should be paying attention to what they are serving. This could cause someone to get really ill with food poisoning

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The manager B, came to check on us multiple times, congratulated us for our baby coming tomorrow, complimented us with a dessert and even with a meal. She was the sweetest ever and made our experience incredible. Our server Victoria, was amazing as well ! We did not have to wait for refills or anything she was very attentive. This is the best Olive Garden in town, we will definitely be returning. It is so amazing to see a manager out in the dining area conversating with their customers. We definitely felt the hospitality today!

We love to eat at Olive Garden but this was our first time at this location. We ordered two sides of shrimp and they didn’t come out with the meal, they came out with dessert… This was our experience the entire time. Refills on drinks and soup/salads/breadsticks was not happening because our waitress was busy gossiping about clients right next to our table by the door to the kitchen.

This is still the best location. Best food best staff and management. I know everyone is excited about the new one but I find this location really has its groove down so to speak. I would just keep going here in all honesty. I think the new location needs to really find themselves and get a good little flow going. Get the right people hired. The current staff are meh.

Food as aways was good. I wish the soups were more hearty, seems like they are mostly broth now. We asked for more breadsticks but they never arrived.

We had a reservation for 10. Upon arrival we were told they needed to set up the table…15 minutes later we were seated. Placed our orders and 10 minutes later we were told they were out of Fettuccine…at 5:00 PM!!! Sever orders were brought out while half of our s waited another 10 minutes for our orders. Servers were awesome!
