I got home and tried to eat my food. I order two chicken supreme orders with fries. All our fries were hard as a rock. I couldn’t believe someone would pass out this to their customers. I had a 3 wing dinner with dirty rice. They put a table spoon of rice in my bowl.Look like somebody start eating out of it..I paid 27.00$ for this. Never again. This food was sorry!!!!The worst!!!

i don’t know what extra seasoning means to anyone else, but to me it means that my fries have at least a speck of seasoning. what are bojangles fries without seasoning?? does it come out of their paycheck? what have yall done that has those workers scared to put any seasoning on the fries. lowkey ridiculous.

The person who is on the speaker took their time, never rushed us! Repeated back our order per order, and then thanked us & once the window opened that lady spoke & asked while we was waiting on food did we want sauces ect. I definitely pick here over most of them in the Wilson area

Worse Bojangles I have ever been served by. The attitudes are crazy and I’m not one to curse someone out but the woman working there was not making it easy. I know what I order and what I said to her repeatly and she still didn’t get it right. She ALSO proceed to catch an attitude because she was wrong. The food was totally uneditable and I had to go back to get a refund. Management isn’t even apologize for the experience. I really feel like that’s how they are use to operating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They honestly need to do a lot better. I’d rather go across town to the other Bojangles. This experience was ridiculous and a waste of time.

I eat at these Bojangles at least once a week. I always order the Supremes. The last 2 times I ordered them they were terrible and inedible. I have worked fast foot. I can tell you the problem is they are frying all the items in the same oil and the oil has not been changed in a very long time. The old pieces of fried food were stuck to the outside of the supremes. I’ve had food a school cafeterias that was better prepared. Sorry lazy management and workers.

8/21/25. Got the 3-wings combo meal. Wings were old, cold and still had feathers on them. Fries were old, cold and hard. Kitchen crew was too busy with horseplay to care about the quality of the customer’s food. No supervisors were visible anywhere.

The staff member that prepared my order was very nasty. She just slid my order and drink across the counter, no eye contact, and no thank you at all. And seemed disturbed that I asked for condiments. The wings were very small and tasted like they had been fried twice. ALL Bonjangles are not created equal and this one has a lot to be desired. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Young guy taking the orders was very polite. However is young co workers were loud and rude. Salad and dressing stuffed and turned side ways into a small paper bag.
