I had a good experience at McDonald’s. My order was accurate, the food was hot, and everything tasted fresh. The fries were crispy and salted just right, and the burger was made exactly how I requested it.
Service was efficient and professional, especially considering how busy it was. The staff kept the line moving and remained courteous throughout the process. The dining area was clean and well maintained.
The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the wait time was slightly longer than expected, but overall it was a solid visit. I’d return again for a quick and dependable meal.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Not to be dramatic but this has solidified that I will never eat McDonald again. Why pay nice restaurant prices for bad service and the same food I payed $1 for a few years ago.

Everytime me and my family come to this McDonald’s it’s nothing but a waste of time. Constantly this McDonald’s is missing items for orders, they take FOREVER, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve seen. All of the young crew are rude and disrespectful, and there is no sense of urgency. Just waited 20 minutes for 2 McMuffins, while the 5 cars behind us got full bags. Be better!

Although alot of people dont like self service/checkout i think its nice to be able to take your time and really look through the menu and make your choice accordingly instead of feeling rushed in the drive through or standing at the counter ordering. So that is a nice change but I do feel like most of the time my food comes out a little quicker than the past 2 times ive been here and I still have to rearrange the burger or chicken sandwich before eating as everything is off the bun almost but all in all its not a bad experience and it is nice being able to take your time looking over the menu!
