The food was absolutely terrible, and after eating it I became extremely sick with what felt like food poisoning. What made it even worse is that it genuinely felt personal — like there are petty issues being held against me since I used to be a peer there, and instead of handling them maturely, they’re being taken out on my food and on me. The experience was not only physically awful, but deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This is a great spot finally tried it for the first time I got a large Italian sub order of onion rings and a soda came to 19 bucks. Total not terrible on the price of the rings were full and delicious sandwich was phenomenal. Everything was done to order the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean. I definitely give this five stars. I will be back. This may be my new to go place

I’ve got in a few times since they opened including on opening day. A few hiccups here and there (some wrong pizzas on a busy Friday) but customer service is always great and when I bring up an issue they fix it. Online ordering is great. Grinders are always good, and I got a salad today that is also very good.

Went to this pizza joint over the weekend while visiting family and had an amazing experience. Our cashier, Tara, was the absolute sweetest. From having an excellent spirit over the phone taking my father and I’d order, to the moment we left the establishment with our order. Her personality was amazing and was a real delight to be greeted by. And the pizza was definitely a plus. She gave us a great clarification on the allergens we needed assistance for and even gave us a recommendation to what best fit my dietary restrictions. Great job to this great hire! Will certainly be back soon for pizza night!

Inconsistent different food every time you order, this is my Dave portnoy special light sauce well done small cheese pizza came, extra cheese sauce bomb that was so greasy ill throw it away … wheres the card board, oh no worries that just grease haha.. o and he is a picture from the steak n cheese came not cut witxh I said no big deal start eating it and not fat but i was like wow I cant chew this rubber spit it out kept eating then again .. its friday im starving so I keep eating next bite and boom pull out this giant tube looking rubber and almost puked on my own lap wow this place was great when it opened and has gone to the dumps I will not recommend it anymore gross

I visit Thompson Pizza Company regularly, usually once a week, sometimes even twice, and every time, the experience is nothing short of fantastic. We ordered here last week for the first time. Loved it! We got Buffalo chicken wrap and a veggie pizza. Everything was delicious. Service was great and very clean. Only for takeout or delivery though as there is no place to eat inside. So good though! We will be back.
