Best sushi I have ever had! The staff is great! They have a great selection. Our favorites are the Shaggy Dog, Chuxui, and the miso soup! This will definitely be a place we eat regularly. So glad it is in Newcastle! Highly recommend!

I’ve had sushi all over the country, and I was shocked to find the best sushi I’ve ever had right here in Oklahoma at ByeBye Sushi. The Argonaut Roll was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the Komodo Roll had incredible flavor with just the right kick. Absolutely blew me away!
