Food was great! I had In N Out once before back in 2021 and it was OK. This time was different, the employees greeted me and every customer after me loud and & proud. The food was hot and fresh and the young lady asked if we wanted our table cleaned since she was wiping down the table next to us but we passed since it was visibly clean. I was pleased by the “Chick Fil A” service. When I’m back in town I’ll be sure to come back.

I always order the exact same thing and say my order clearly from the start: a double-double protein style, no onions, with a cup of ice water. Every single time I come here, I end up having to repeat my order two or three times. Even though I already say “no onions” in the order, I still get asked again what my order is.
This time they didn’t even get the order right. An order that should have been around $7 ended up being $10, and I was given fries that I never ordered.
It feels like the cashier training could really be improved so orders are listened to more carefully the first time. I like the food, but the ordering experience here is consistently frustrating for something that should be a simple order.

Animal style In&Out Cheeseburger Menu 2, tastes better than any other cheeseburger . The French fries are fresh and daily prepared. Ask for their special sauce. You can either dine in or drive through.

First time at In-N-Out Burger and it was amazing! Everything was so fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. I ordered a protein style double double, the patties and the lettuce wraps were all small and thin, hardly any spread in it. Animal style fries were lukewarm and soggy. Also water dispenser did not have any drinking water. I went there at 10:30 am and they weren’t even busy. I used to really like in and out in West Coast and I just read some previous reviews for this location, it seems like the quality has been an issue for years and the company doesn’t care about all the negative reviews, maybe in and out should just stay in California, and Austines should stay with BBQ or just go a few blocks down to Wholly Cow burger.

Friday night crew please see my dog getting yelled at for accidentally barking when he was startled and getting falsely accused of biting. We left. We won’t come back. He never went inside the store over the last 2 years until someone said it was ok. Review the footage of your employees touching him and even children touching him. It was around 9:30 or 10pm Friday January 30th. Please enjoy the part of the video where the little girl is petting him and the boy at the counter. Dogs aren’t robots. Maybe I should look into debarking because he was so sweet. We left when we were told but don’t let other people in there with theirs. I saw small dog at the table eating. Service dogs aren’t permitted to do that.

Every In-N- Out Burger location I have ever been to is consistent with quality with an Ol’ School welcoming style.
The fries are real, hand pressed and fresh and burgers in perfect harmony with the bun and condiments. I really love this chain and highly recommend it if you haven’t already tried it you definitely should.
In-N- Out Burger is what I imagine the orginal McDonald’s Orginally tasted like in California in 1940 before Ray Kroc got involved and made it into the terrible food we know today. If you have ever watched the movie “The Founder” than you know what I mean

So good, as always! Grew up eating it but moved out to Tennessee 5 years ago so only get the chance to eat it when traveling. Thoug 3 just opened in Nashville. This burger and animal style fries were perfectly made! Employees were friendly as usual and restaurant was clean! Basically everything I expect in a trip to In & Out!
