From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

It’s currently Sunday at approximately 5:20 PM (3/1/26) my husband and I went through the drive-thru. After placing our order, I took a sip of my drink and immediately noticed it was completely flat and tasted terrible. We asked for a replacement—nothing unreasonable for something we paid for.
The employee at the window instantly scoffed, rolled her eyes, and handed over another drink that tasted just as bad. Her attitude was unacceptable. When I told her I would just take a lemonade instead, both she and the young man assisting her began openly talking about how we were “just complaining.”
This level of disrespect is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your establishment. Regardless of age, your staff should be trained on basic customer service, appropriate conduct, and how to speak to paying customers. We were not being difficult, we were simply expecting the quality we paid for.

One of the best fast food chains around hands down. Excellent quality control. All stores have great service and very clean. Burgers are A1. If you haven’t had in and out, you are definitely missing out.

My mother has a severe gluten allergy and Deborah Ro was EXTREMELY patient and open to our request and was very helpful and super friendly. GIVE MY GIRL A RAISE! She was the best. My mom enjoyed a burger and we are looking forward to comin back!

This is by far the best fast food restaurant in the world. Not only is it better priced than any other fast food restaurant where two people can eat for $20, but the food and service is outstanding.
Hundreds of people buy delicious food here every hour, and somehow, you still get your food hot, delicious, and quickly. The customer service is exceptional and the food quality is excellent.
Had a great experience eating here with my 13 year old daughter. This is the exceptional standard every American business should aim for if they want a constant flow of customers pouring in like this place does. Thank you In-N-Out Burger for holding the American Standard and representing the fast food industry. What a good experience. I saw a Fast Food restaurant with double drive-through lines that wrapped around the building around 12:00 AM. I knew this had to be good Food. We dine inside to watch the magic. Employees wore matching uniforms white with hat and gloves. Each person had a task and was in the weeds, yet managed to wear a happy smile. They were neat and clean. Faith was happy to take my order and answer any of my questions on their limited menu. They serve burgers, french fries, and (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate) shakes. I plan to try the monster French fries style my next visit. Her kindness created a happy moment to dine here. Thank you again, Faith plus team. The fresh ingredients were perfect. Fun fact they do not have mayonnaise. Instead they have 1000 island dressing spread. I plan to return soon.

I love In-N-Out, but during lunch hr is not the best time to go. No where to sit if you plan on staying. Employees have so much patience and i give them a round of applause for that. Traffic is always heavy around that area. Their good at getting orders out fast.
