My favorite was definitely the beef rolls, it was some of the best I’ve ever had.
The beef both was super flavorful, beef was tender, noodles were chewy and yummy. I think the noodles are hand pulled?
The pig ears were GREAT, they are doused in chili oil, so it’s both spicy and vinegary.
Would definitely come here again to try the dumplings (since that’s what they specialize in, I think?)
About a month ago, I placed a takeout order and was charged for three dishes that were never included in the bag. I called the same day to report the issue and was told by the manager that they could not issue a credit unless I physically returned to the store.
While I understand that verification is important, the mistake was on their end—not mine. It shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to make a second trip to correct an error that could easily be verified in their system, especially since the order was placed by phone and paid for less than 30 minutes earlier.
Due to my schedule, I wasn’t able to return right away. When I finally went back about a month later, I brought my receipt and explained the situation again. At that point, I was told that because too much time had passed, they could only offer a courtesy discount. Instead of refunding the full $30, they initially offered a $5 discount, and after a rather embarrassing conversation, they discounted only $15.
I appreciate the partial adjustment, but I don’t feel this was handled fairly. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down credits for items they never received.
I hope management reviews their policy so situations like this can be resolved more efficiently and fairly in the future.

They did one order wrong when they took the order, no read back to confirm the orders. When we told them, they were very irritated. But they did bring the correct order, with an irritating attitude as well.
I wish we could have a better dining experience even the food was not that impressive.
We WAY over ordered, the portions are HUGE. We had a variety of their dumplings, noodle, rice and of course BAO dishes. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our favorites were the deep fried buns with condensed milk, sesame balls and soup dumplings. We will be back again soon!
