Went here yesterday early evening. It has been a long time since I entered Bareburger in Hoboken.
We ordered a single Americana (no red onions or pickles), a Wagyu top shelf (no swiss cheese), both on brioche buns. Our drinks were the chocolate milkshakes, and the appetizer was the Honey Brussels.
My Americana was good. I especially liked the mustard in it mixed in with ketchup. I didn’t need to add any ketchup because I usually do it in my burgers. The Wagyu order was good, too. There was a sign by the window implying Wagyu was going to be served for a limited time. Our Honey Brussels was a really good mix between crisp, the honey glaze, mixed with cheese in it. There was a lot of it in the appetizer. Our chocolate milkshakes are always delicious and a great go-to. I love tasting the chocolate bits when you have the milkshake. If you like whip cream, they do an extra charge – didn’t know it until the bill came, would have appreciated if the server told us.
Fun fact- If you are an educator, healthcare worker, armed forces, and more. You get a 20%off your bill whether you dine in or take out. With valid identification. I forgot to take a picture of the sign. However, it’s really awesome that these professions are appreciated every day.
Parking is always tricky and difficult in Hoboken. Just watch out for the signs in the parking zones. The server was attentive and friendly, and all forms of payment are accepted. Seating available inside and outside.

Nothing bad about Bareburger. This store is a small one, but it has all you will need. The staff is super nice, and I enjoyed my burger dinner experience here. You didn’t let me down!

The server was great!
I got the Duke Burger + Bacon and Avocado. You can taste everything it was indescribable, everything taste fresh. Like I like to call it a life changing burger!
Then we also got the Macho Fries, perfectly seasoned with a kick can’t go wrong!
They also have a vegan menu on the other side… great for my fellow vegans 🙂
Will be returning to try some other burgers!

Really good place to eat a burger. We ordered a vegetarian Burger and fries. Service was awesome and I really like their interiors and ambience. Will come again.

As a vegetarian, they have a good Impossible standard burger option, but I still feel it’s worth trying once if you are a big fan or have heard about it from someone else. However, I didn’t find anything special about the veggie burgers . So, I’m not sure what the difference is between a regular burger place and the one here. I ordered for take out, burgers were delicious and fresh. Ordered the plant based nuggets which were also amazing. The only massive downside to a delicious meal was the side order of onion rings I ordered for my burger. The addition of a side of onion rings was $6, $6 for 3 whole rings! That’s $2 a ring!!! Not that they didn’t taste good but $6 for 3 rings is crazy. Especially when burgers start at $12 I could have skipped out on getting two sides and just got another burger. I’d even be happy with a dollar a ring if possible. Other than that had a great experience.

Great lunch time specials and a friendly wait staff. This is a good go to place if you’re looking for a burger or burgers with meat alternative options. Although I don’t know that most of the food is healthy, it does taste good.

We usually order delivery from here…which I won’t be doing for a while. The burgers and fries are decent. I need a gluten free bun option & this place has it. However, if you order a side salad, you will get a container of lettuce. No toppings or dressing. Just a plastic container of lettuce. It was an extra $8.30 to add the “combo” with my burger so I got the side salad & a soda. Would it kill you guys to throw some cucumbers, tomato, & onion on there? Who wants just lettuce? It’s supposed to come with a garlic vinaigrette, it didn’t…they didn’t put it in the bag. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve ordered and they’ve forgotten dressing or sauces, it happens constantly from this location. It’s disappointing and frustrating when you’re limited to certain places because of food allergies & have to spend more only to get mediocre food. Also, the drivers they use from DoorDash to deliver are constantly unable to find our address, which is not hard to find at all & when we try to help them find us they’re always rude. It’ll will be a while before we order here again, if we even decide to risk it.

On a Saturday afternoon stroll when my family stumbled upon this gem. I was happy with the options for the burgers. Ranging from Bison burgers to Impossible Burgers. The exposed brick, wood and metals give this restaurant a rustic eatery. Makes you want to roll up your sleeves and dig in. Had a wonderful experience and will be visiting again.
