There’s so much potential!! The food is wonderful. They need to work on their customer service. They could be as busy as the other surrounding coffee places if you staff it with faster service and more seating.
We were there because the other coffee shop was swamped. Our drinks and acai bowl was great. It was just that the service was slow. We didn’t get our stuff for almost 30 minutes.

We were at Toastique for a colleague’s going away luncheon. The place is bright, airy, and clean with an absolutely EPIC view of Pike’s Peak! The menu options – various toasts (I got the smoked salmon – amazing!), bowls, and smoothies were fresh and complimented by a full cafe menu (espresso, lattes, etc).
Despite the size of our ~20 person crowd, the food came quickly and was delicious! Frankly, just the right amount, too! Enough to satisfy me without being gorded.
The atmosphere was great and many of us continued to linger long after the official function ended. I may have found my new office away from the office!

Absolutely loved my experience at Toastique, Colorado Springs North.
I ordered the smoked salmon toast with added tomatoes and eggs, and it was phenomenal. The pastrami-style smoked salmon was especially amazing, worth coming back for on its own. I snapped a picture because it looked just as good as it tasted.
The service was fantastic from start to finish, and the mountain views from the windows are incredible. I can easily see myself working remotely here for hours while enjoying the scenery. This spot is a total gem. Highly recommend!

We happened to stumble upon this beautiful Gourmet Toast & Juice Bar in Colorado Springs. They had just opened about two weeks ago, and the store is immaculate and their food is very fresh and delicious. Most importantly the owner has wonderful customer service and made us feel so important. We tried the avocado smash toast and the spicy crab toast, which were both beautiful and delicious. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend going here!

Love this location! Maria the general manager is wonderful. She’s helped me set up a few community events here and is a gem. Food is great, location is great. Very welcoming atmosphere. The owner is kind and a friendly face. We love this location!!

Omg this place!!! My turkey toast is absolutely out of this world! Quaint place with beautiful views, a little pricey, but it was worth every dollar. Will definitely return next time i will visit the area.

Tried this gem of a spot on the recommendation of a friend. This is SO, SO good! My wife tried the salmon one, and I got the lump crab. The kid opted for the fanciest open faced PB&J I have ever seen.
First of all, the food was very fresh, and the presentation a work of art. It’s almost a shame that fork has to break it up, but yummy yummy, y’all.
When we walked in, we were greeted very politely by a gentleman who turned out to be the owner. He was busy keeping his place immaculately clean (which it totally was), but made sure to take a moment to welcome everyone who passed through the entryway.
It feels very new, so I can only imagine that it will just get better and better. I’ll definitely be back to try more items! Great staff, clean, and inviting. While this is a franchise, it is really a small business, well run, and I’m glad to see it in the neighborhood!

From wait staff to veteran owner, this place exceeds expectations! This is my 5th visit. Menu is varied with premium ingredients. Each plate seems meticulously prepared. Food is delicious! Atmosphere is quiet, clean and welcoming – each time I look forward to enjoying a meal at Toastique.
