I went to dine in with for my first purchase of Steak Nuggets. I was expecting a dry hard to eat piece of meat. Instead I was pleasantly surprised at the tenderness of the steak! The nuggets fall apart into delicious slivers of meat with no fat!

I thought everyone at the front counter was very polite there were lots of young people I thought that was very encouraging because they worked well together! There is a handicap accessible restroom casual place. My only true discrepancy was the fact that we ordered a half of sandwich and they ended up giving us a whole sandwich. They also charged us for the whole sandwich. We ended up splitting it and the rule that it came with was amazing sorry forgot to take pictures. That’s why I gave them five stars anyway LOL. Plus I made them laugh so I think he was a little distracted. Overall great experience. I don’t go to Arby’s much but I think I will be visiting again because of this Pleasant visit. Please give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful. Thanks

Food was disappointing. Was poorly made and not warm at all. Asked for a extra cup of cheese (69cents) for my loaded fries because there was barely any on them. They hardly gave me cheese in the cup. Every other arbys fills it up completely.

Around this time it was very busy, so I understood there’s some waiting. The staff is very hard working, and super respectful.

Place used to be great but past two times within 2 weeks my order’s been messed up. I live about 10 minutes away and when I called I was told there was nothing that could be done. Order the chicken bacon Swiss which usually comes with honey mustard. Got a chicken sandwich with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and no Swiss.

I’ve just got to say I’ve never had a burger at Arby’s. I tried one today. That was the BEST burger I’ve had in a long long time. Needed nothing, no seasonings or condiments. Super disappointed in this Arby’s lately and tonight was the final straw. Forgot two sandwiches that we had to run back in to grab, their new tenders are terrible and tonight weren’t edible, and skimped on sauces. 1 small sauce for 8 poppers. Really? Way too expensive for low quality food.

Terrible service. My smokehouse brisket sandwich had two slices of meat folded and it only covered half the bottom bun. I’ve got these before and they were stacked, this one was way short on meat. The cheese looked like it sat under a heat lamp for 8 hrs. The cheese sticks tasted old. 14 dollars for my sandwich mean and almost 70 for the whole order. I feel like a got shafted, big time. And they don’t care and just let food go out like that. Shameful. If you can’t do your job quit.

This is probably the worst Arby’s in the area. It really went downhill. It always takes forever to get the food even when they’re dead. Twice I’ve had them tell me to pull to a spot for them to bring my food out & then sit there for 15 mins with no cars in front for 2 sandwiches. Another time I ordered online & got there maybe 10 mins after the pickup time due to traffic & was told one of the workers took my order home when they left because they didn’t think I was coming It was already paid for so why would anyone in their right mind assume someone would just pay & not pickup their food. If I want Arby’s I’ll drive out of my way to go to Canfield or Struthers to avoid this place. The workers usually seem absolutely miserable even when it’s slow except for 1 guy I would recognize was there for a while who was always friendly & polite
