I was feeling adventurous so headed into a local spot on Tuesday for $5 margaritas (what a deal!!). I was greeted with a kind smile from the amazing bartender by the name Linie. She makes AMAZING drinks – the best margaritas I’ve had since my wedding!! If you’re looking for top tier service and a good time, stop by Tangent!!

We like the menu options, there are unique taco choices. My favorite is the chicken and waffles taco and the shrimp melt taco. The tots with the parmesan truffle oil are excellent as well. Our only gripe is the tacos are only ever luke warm at best. The steak on my wife’s taco was cold. We dine in and eat them there so there’s no reason the food should be cold.

Amazing dinner! Our favorites were the Nashville hot chicken taco (add slaw) and the spicy catfish taco. The kids chicken bites and corn were also impressive, we enjoyed every bite then went back for seconds! This is definitely a must -try place and I hope we can come back soon!

First time coming here and must say the food was amazing and I will definitely go again. Some of the best food I’ve had and definitely the best food I’ve had around the Burlington area. The chicken and waffle taco was to die for. Also the shrimp melt was amazing. Definitely plan to come again. The tater tots and the sweet potato fries were icing on the cake. If you haven’t been here before, you’re missing an amazing meal.

What a great taco bar! Order at the counter and find a seat. Lots of interesting choices. I had the buffalo wing cauliflower (wonderful), fried green tomato taco (also wonderful), and the banh mi taco (pretty good). Can’t wait to go again and try some others.

Not your standard taco place! The menu changes seasonally, and features imaginative FUSION tacos. There are usually 20 different varieties available from Fried Green Tomato tacos, to Chicken and Waffle tacos, even Kimchi tacos. Each new flavor is like an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Nashville Hot chicken taco. If you order it, I recommend eating it last because it lives up to its name. (Oh and the beer selection and cocktails are great too!)
