I’ve been a Chick-fil-A customer for years, and this is the first time I’ve left genuinely disappointed.

The service at this location felt very different from what I’m used to. There were no friendly greetings or thank-yous, and the team member taking our order seemed unenthusiastic and disengaged. The drive-through was also poorly managed — cars were wrapped around the building and blocking parking spaces, yet there was a large gap in the line because the order takers had moved too far forward and weren’t adjusting to keep traffic flowing.

After correcting our order when it was taken, it was still wrong at the window. We were then charged almost $5 extra for a drink adjustment that should have been part of the combo. I also asked multiple times for light ice and still received a cup filled almost entirely with ice.

This location does not reflect the level of service and organization I typically associate with Chick-fil-A. I hope management takes a closer look.

Been coming to this location for over 10 years. Had friends working here. Customer service has gotten so low in quality. I asked for a Cobb salad base NO BACON because pork makes me very sick. I get home, there’s bacon all throughout my salad. Called twice, no answer. Had to drive through the drive through to get a person because doors were already locked to go inside. There was a young lady yelling “no brownies, tell whoever is asking there’s noo brownies” outside the door which I thought was unprofessional. I get to the window to ask them to please remake my whole order, large fry included to which I hear the same young lady yelling “what’s wrong with it?!” , (referring to my salad) They remade my salad and then refused to give me fresh fries because I didn’t return the ones I had left at home.

For the inconvenience of everything, me spending almost an extra hour to get my correct original order made fresh and properly, I thought fresh fries wasn’t a stretch. I’m very disappointed. I hope this reaches management.

I’ve been trying not to leave a review for a long time now but the service at this local has gone down since covid, I had a simple order and it took 15 minutes to get it plus I ordered 2 milkshakes and wasn’t even added and was offered nothing for my wait or inconvenience but maybe I’m old school in thinking that.

Does anybody care about the poor customer service at this location?
I arrived at 10:25 am and the drive through line was especially long today. It was literally wrapped around the building. There was a log jam of cars because people in the front of the line were waiting on their orders and no one behind them could move. One of the two order takers was almost to the parking lot entrance trying to take orders. Then she just stopped. An employee came out and directed a couple of us to move so that they could get some cars out and we did. After 12 minutes in line, I finally got to place my order at 10:37, only to be told that breakfast was over. I explained that I was in the line before breakfast was over and asked to speak to the manager. The order taker went in to get the manager, but the manager never came to speak to me. Instead my order taker returned asked me, what was my order? I told her a grilled hash brown scramble bowl with no hash browns and extra egg. She went back in and returned and said they did not have any more breakfast food for my order. Now does this Chic fil A expect me to believe that all the eggs and grilled chicken in the entire store magically disappeared at 10:30. Noooo my actual belief is that customers service does not matter to you. That inefficient drive through lines, being “out of food”, slow food preparation time and onsite managerial response to customer service concerns, are not a priority to you. That costumers service does not matter.

I would like to share my experience. I purchased 2 cookies here on 12/22 along with 2 meals. I did not receive the cookies and thought no big deal, ill call and leave a vm with my info and grab them when I go again. Unfortunately noone returned my phone call. I figured ill try again after Christmas. I call again on the 28th, only to have that phone call not returned . So again no big deal, ill just go up there when im in the area and explain the situation. I finally get there today and go to order food and they ask if i have my receipt (i shoe them a pic) then tell me to pay at the front and they will take care of the situation. I get handed my food and cookies because I guess it wasnt relayed that I didnt pay. I inform them that I need to pay but I would like the cookie situation resolved. So for some reason the manager says they cannot comp the cookies and that I have to wait for them to verify that they missed my calls. I pull around so im not holding their line and wait 10-15 minutes before going inside and the manager is not even going through the call log like I was told. The manager then proceeds to grab the phone and after 30 seconds says “oh I see a missed call” and handed me two cookies. I feel like I was brushed off and treated like I wanted something for free when if that was the case I could have driven off with the 2 meals and cookies instead of explaining the situation. I understand that mistakes happen and thats not the issue but how am I supposed to resolve the issue when no one returns my phone calls?

Worst experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. When I placed the order on the app there were not any spaces with numbers. When I drove around to see the associate there was only one person working the drive through when it was my turn, she just went inside and didn’t return. Then I got to the window and told them about it, they said I should be patient. I replied that I had been at the window for 12 minutes waiting for a 4 count chicken mimi order: and if that wasn’t patience, I don’t know what was.

Came today ordered two meals. My fries came out old and hard. My 5 count nuggets weren’t fresh either. They only gave me one napkin for two meals. Had to wait in line for 20mins to even get out after food was handed to me. They also gave me the wrong receipt.

This is one of the slower Chick-fil-As we’ve been to. In the way that most of their restaurants have made the drive thru super-efficient, this one has not. Which made it all the more frustrating when we recieved cold fries.
