A very lovely bakery place with a small town charm vibe. The prices are very friendly for all people, students and locals. And that makes this place quite impressive!!!! They have quite a variety of baked pastries. I tried Rick’s style croissant ( ) both ham & cheese and spinach & feta cheese, they are very good. The churros here are also good. Recommended!!!!

Won’t be going there again if I could get a refund I would have but my daughter needed a cake and cupcakes. Cupcakes were lopsided and no decorating on top of cake. And the cake is dry. The decorations I got from Amazon good thing I had ordered them. Paid $105 for these, never again will I be going there. Especially when I see a bug crawling on floor.

One of the best hidden gems of Urbana. Tasty pastries, vegan tamales, coffee, and breads! So much we still need to try but we can’t stop getting our favorites because they’re just so good! The day old pastry packs are such a good deal, too. Whenever you need a local pick me up, skip Starbucks and hit up Rick’s. It’ll put the chain shops to shame.

Came here last year for the pączki and came back this year for them and more. Always friendly service and good food. Would love to try more from them at some point. As for now can definitely recommend the pączki, chicken tamale, and challah.

Their cakes are phenomenal. Always go there when I want something that will have a bit of Wow about it. Got a mango mousse recently — excellent and something we wouldn’t normally find elsewhere. And their tamale’s are excellent as well. Pick one up for a snack or lunch.

Nice small Mexican bakery that serves a wide variety of both sweet and savory food. Both the tres leches cake and tiramisu are slices of heaven. The croissants are thick, crispy, and buttery. The tamales and empanadas tastes good too, but I wish they had more filling. They also make whole bread such as focaccia. Get there early because items sell out quickly.

Stopped in on a road trip. For a small bakery they have an amazing assortment of goods. We had the mango mousse and baklava – both amazing. This is must stop if you in the area. Fresh baked loafs of bread as well.
