This is a great place to get some work done. I have stopped in several times with my 10 yo son to get some work done. The environment is casual and has the “natural sounds” of a coffee shop, but not as overbearing as a certain black and green competitor.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. One barista remembered my name quickly even though there was no real introduction. I am not used to having that “personal” of a spot. It was nice.
Prices are high-competitive. It is difficult to blame them on this as the economy has changed so much. I tend to see “independent shops” have lower prices, but expect the same prices as the big boys here.
Food was good. It is not made in-house, so it has the quality of such. All-in-all, this is a solid 4-star and will likely turn in to a spot I return to frequently.

I live next to this location and have been waiting for a while now for them to open, and I all I can say is it was definitely worth the wait! The staff is very nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Will definitely be coming back!

My family and I love Cool Beans! We tried drinks from their truck at the farmers market every time we were there, and it was love at first sip. The owners are doing an excellent job cultivating a welcoming, relaxing environment, and all of the employees I’ve interacted with have been so friendly. Super excited to see all of their developments as they continue the transition to their storefront.

The cost of all their coffees seem high, but comparing them to Starbucks, it’s not far off. Guess the extra 25-50 cents goes to supporting local, if thats something you prefer.

We were SO excited to go here now that it’s open cuz we live super close by. We’d loved some of their coffee at a farmers market once! But the vibe was super dark and depressing inside and when we told the baristas how excited we were to be here, they just kinda stared at us – didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there. We tried to get a couple of decaf lattes (after noon) and they “don’t carry decaf espresso”

We stopped by for a coffee and frozen lemonade at the Smyrna Farmers Market, and the frozen lemonade with peach was incredible!! My daughter loves it, and so do we! I got the cold brew and it is equally delicious! The duo working were super friendly and helpful in ordering! I highly recommend stopping by when you see their truck around!
