Our first visit was on Valentine’s Day, so I’m sure the experience was different from the usual day-to-day. We arrived towards the end of their service and there were people still spilling out the door to get in. Walking in, we almost didn’t notice the incredibly-slow-moving line since it wrapped around an incredible koi pond! I was enchanted and it seemed to help distract the kids who were waiting, too. The flow also allowed for top-notch people watching while strategically planning for our chance at the buffet. The selection is LARGE – I’m a picky eater and was able to fill more than one plate, easily. My fiancé was looking for more protein options, however, they did not have the hibachi/sushi/steak fry area that evening – which threw me for a loop since it was V Day, bummer. In summary, I would definitely go again while my fiancé doesn’t think it’s worth the 45 min drive.

I’ve lived and worked near this restaurant for close to a decade now and I’ve stopped by many times over the years. Sometimes I even come in for a quick lunch without needing to go all out on the full buffet spread.
Super Moon Buffet is your classic Asian buffet experience, but with a bit more variety and authenticity. You’ll find all the familiar favorites like orange chicken, General Tso’s chicken, fried rice, chow mein, chop suey and coconut shrimp etc. But it doesn’t stop there, they also offer items you don’t usually see at standard buffets, like steamed dim sum, chicken feet and pork short ribs suchi and a Mongolian grill.
The food is generally fresh and well monitored and the selection is consistently satisfying. I took off one star only because some dishes can get a little dry under the heat lamps at times.
Overall, if you’re looking for a dependable, self serve Asian buffet with plenty of variety and flavor, Super Moon Buffet is a solid choice that won’t disappoint!

Everything looks beautiful and I enjoyed the ambiance. The food looks good !! It made my mouthwater, until I tasted everything, and it’s ice cold. My suggestion is that you bring your own microwave or perhaps the restaurant could install microwaves at each table.(I’m serious! )
So you can ensure to have hot food. Because nothing was hot and I mean, nothing. Kind of sad, because it would have been better if it didn’t taste like it just came out of an icebox. One extra note is the sauces like for the egg fu young or the sweet and sour sauce really had the color but no flavor.
On the plus side, they had a huge selection. And you can also order food to be cooked on their hot grille.

It seemed like it really was going to be nice. The atmosphere and the way the decor is was appealing. The food was below par. The muscles tasted like it had Mississippi mud sauce on it. Most things really didn’t have much of a taste. And I’m not really picky about Chinese buffets, so this really wasn’t good. Also, you don’t know till you get in there, but I guess maybe during the week they don’t have the hibachi or sushi. I should have walked out when they told me.

Ive been here multiple times for events with my friends and family, food looks good, and the place is beautiful, but the food itself is ALWAYS cold. So the price is definitely not worth it at all. But if the food was at least warm, then I would’ve gave this place a 5 star

The food was nothing special and generic. The main reason this is getting only a star is because the waitress insisted on getting us to tip her. Even after we explained that we tipped via card when we entered, she kept making audible side comments like “don’t forget to cash tip” and “where’s the tip”. I get that most places expect a tip but to ask for one outright doesn’t seem professional. We did tip but she wanted cash even though a lot of people nowadays don’t carry much cash if any. Overall, not worth the price. I recommend you skip this place.

They didnt have the sushi or the BBQ area open. In the sushi area there were foods that were covered in mold. Despite the food looking absolutely delicious and hot and steamy it was so cold, stale and honestly made my stomach turn. It took about 15 minutes before anyone came.to offer water, I went because a friend raved about it. Never again. It was clean qnd the fish were gorgeous and well taken care of, however outside of that it was very very disappointing.

Everything was excellent! It was worth the line coming in!!! I never had an empty glass nor dirty dishes sitting at the table. They also never ran out of any food! This was by far the biggest buffet I’ve ever been too! Awesome!!!!!!

Going to be honest here. Great atmosphere, great prices, quick service. But man, if you’re going to eat here, have a shot and take a tums because you’re are going to be digging into some lukewarm, seriously questionable food.
Almost everything I had was like warm at best, including the meats. There’s a lot of variety, but textures and temp are off. Flavor was decent, but the overall feel definitely kept me from grabbing any extra food.
Really hoping my stomach is fine tonight/tomorrow because that food is not sitting well.

The service is really good. They will routinely bring you refills for your specific drink, along with everyone at your table. The food was delicious and I have been there a few times. They even have a pond with fish near the entrance. During dinner it gets crowded, but you can still easily access the food.
