Very dirty and unorganized. Menus are on the ground, merch is scattered, napkins and dust bunnies under tables. Ordered a mint mocha frap that was okay. The vanilla bean latte was so bad that I threw it out after the first sip and couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth. So to replace that, I ordered the scuba boba and that was very good. Also ordered the butter bear in a frap form and that was okay but not enjoyable. Definitely won’t be back to another Biggby. Staff was super nice and helpful though.

My gf went in and ordered 2 20 Oz drinks and some food and was given 2 small cups and was still charged 25 dollars for it all somehow idk how. But if your working their you should clearly know the average prices of your items put together even when your looking at a screen that it doesnt look right

I work on customer service and made a run for the store. Managed to dump one of the coffees in my passenger seat. No worries they remade the order and gave me a couple rags to clean up the mess. Work day and car seat saved.

My favorite place to get a vanilla chai and edit photos, thanks to their late evening hours! The barista was very nice and conversational- three years later we are now married with two kids and I couldn’t be happier!

Great coffee, average breakfast sandwiches. It’s a little “Dunkin Donuts-ish” inside with 4 tables to sit at, would be better if it was a bit more cozy.

We stopped by Biggby Coffee during our road trip to the UP on 7/17, and it was a fantastic experience! The coffee was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and recharge. Their specialty drinks were delightful, and we particularly enjoyed the variety of options available. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and we highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through the area.
