This is really sad that it seems like Jimmy’s seems to be starting to go downhill. I love this place but this is the second time I’ve ordered one of my favorites “garlic chicken ” and it is now garlic vegetables. There is even less chicken than the last time I had it 2 weeks ago. Called them to let them know that it was ridiculous that there was very little chicken and they said sorry and hug up.

They definitely should know me by now. I order almost every week. I’m from the Chicago land area and this is definitely close to home…Cantonese style!! It you’re from the Midwest, you will not be disappointed. Order the shrimp fried rice with no vegetables and I swear it’s really close to home. The egg rolls are soo good!! I love the food and the service!!! So glad I live close!

I’m giving 3 on atmosphere cause I’ve never been there but we have never had an inconsistent or wrong order from this place. And we order from here quite frequently. They are our go to spot for Chinese food in Duncanville… it’s always hot, portions are huge, and they package it well and not sloppy like some delivery places. We’ve had the same delivery guy forever it seems! I just love their consistency and service.

Had a friend tell me to try and I wasn’t disappointed. Portions were BIG and the orange chicken was very flavorful. Only thing is they should get the ventilated boxes so the orange chicken is still crispy when you leave. I poked holes in my boxes to keep crispy. Will be back!

I didn’t enjoy the dish: grill shrimp with Chinese vegetables (cabbage) and white sauce. Next time I will stick to what I eat, shrimp and rice.

Stopped by this afternoon and the restaurant was locked. Suddenly, an arm jutted out from a hole cut into a boarded window seeking my attention. I asked the guy why was the place locked and what’s going on? He responded (3x), that children were present! I could not see into this place, nor could I determine if they were operating legally. Therefore, I left and purchased my Chinese food elsewhere. This seemed very ridiculous to me and disrespectful. I will not return.

The food is very good and has large portions for a reasonable price. However , the customer service is less than par it seems every other time I call in to order for pick or delivery. The customer service is brash but basically polite with an of customers are of value treatment , except for a couple instances where I was treated as an interruption the person taking my order was very rude even hung up on me without getting my info for carry out order. Believe me I do not normally complain because I know everyone has a bad day every once in a while BUT when it happens a couple times to me and to a neighbor down the street enough to talk about it in passing I think it warrants a review.
