I had a shrimp taco, a fish taco, coleslaw and fries. The seafood itself was fresh and tasty, but overall I didn’t love the experience or the food. My recommendations to them: Simplify the tacos a bit, they’re overcomplicated and missing flavor, the coleslaw side isn’t great and also needs more flavor, and one side of fries is way too much – cut down the size and price.

“Incredible Fish Tacos!” I absolutely loved the fish tacos at Off the Hook in Uptown Charlotte! The fish was perfectly cooked—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The toppings were just right, and everything tasted super fresh. It’s one of the best fish tacos I’ve had in a long time.
The service was friendly and fast, and you can tell they put care into what they serve. If you’re in Charlotte and craving seafood, this spot is a must.
