The customer service is nice, but unfortunately the food, not so much. The pizza is raw and I can’t eat it because I don’t want to get sick. Maybe the oven needs to be at a higher temperature or something. Raw bread on the first order and raw bread on the remake.

Pizza Hut is basically the McDonalds of pizza world so my expectations were already low. I was not disappointed. Large pepperoni thin crust. Very floppy, ton of grease and I could have sharpened the crust into a shank it was that hard. Way over priced @12$ If you could box up what fast food taste like, this would be it.

…I ordered 4 pizzas today for delivery Order arrived sooner than expected.
However, after receiving them, I tell family and guests “dinner time” and we open the boxes, pizzas were not in a presentable fashion. Lopsided, smashed as though they fell to one side. They were almost egg/oval shape, slices shifted, smushed. Not happy at all. Some pizzas were sliced, bad, very uneven.. not the usual cuts.
And here are pictures to show you.

I placed an online order for pick up. The food was great, but my son, who picked it up, experienced a situation. So after it was picked up, I received an email to rate my experience. Based on his issue, I rated it and shared my concern. The very next day, the manager of the Panama location contacted me to address the issue. Her name is Destiny. She was extremely kind and informative and helped clear up any and all confusion. I am so impressed that an organization went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. We rarely get that these days. It was so nice that they would take the time to help us understand their policies and their concern for customer satisfaction. These are the establishments that I value! She even offered a free dessert but I refused because that’s not what i was looking for but it was nice that she would even offer. These are the places that I respect who value their customers!!

Ordered online and got a side of bread sticks and they gave me the wrong order of breadsticks. After I called back she put on a unmute hold and I could hear there conversation in the back. Swearing because they made a mistake and then calling out that Indian’s are always complaining about something. So unprofessional and they placed me on a hold and continued to just chat in the back and do other things. They don’t know how to double check the order and make sure it’s correct. It’s happened a few times where Pizza Hut is not even busy and can’t make the right order.

I just went to get my visa from Pizza Hut but I don’t know why the front employee at the store was so rude. First he made me late and then he threw my pizza on the table. The service at this Pizza Hut is absolutely zero.
