We understand craft. Our process is rooted in over 25 years of small batch experience built on a solid foundation of traditional beer making with an experimental approach. We design beers that can be appreciated on their own but can also be enjoyed with food in one of our pubs. The restaurant environment is what drives us forward with instant feedback from our patrons and our small batch operation allows us to act quickly with continuously changing flavor interests. What started with a special craft brewer and an idea has now become a regional favorite. With a roster of over 125 unique beer flavors in our history, we continue to invent and inspire.

This place is awesome !!! We had our Amherst high school class of 1988 reunion here last weekend. Caleb and his staff, Ava and Katie were absolutely amazing to work with. It didn’t matter what the request was they made it happen. Of course the beer was outstandingly delicious and we loved our custom menus for our event. We also had the Hangar brought in and that never disapoints.(yummy)
Everyone loved it and we had a great time.
