Order pepperoni and bacon, and there is no bacon on the pizza. Add extra sauce because there is never enough, and they definitely just put the regular amount of barely any. The pizza isnt even cut through all the way, so to try and get a full slice i have to grab the center of the pizza, which isnt a thing that i should have to do. I forgot there was a reason i stopped eating here, it wont happen again

This place used to be superb – lately they’re absurd. It’s always something, either overcooked food, missing toppings, bone grissle etc imagine eating a pizza halfway through & a long stringy hair is in your mouth their delivery is cool but the kitchen has striked out with me.

Did not exceed any expectations. Extremely skimpy on toppings and NO extra cheese as ordered. This will be the absolute LAST time we order from Domino’s. We have given them one too many chances to get it right. It’s a good thing we have other pizza choices.

I placed an order for delivery online this evening and went to open the tab to check on my delivery status and accidentally canceled my order. I immediately tried to call the store to see if this could be fixed, the cancelation stopped or if I needed to reorder because I knew it was either done and about to leave the store or already had. This was about 30 minutes before closing and I waited on hold for 12 minutes when someone picked up, I said hello twice and they hung up. I called back from my phone and my daughter called from her phone. We were both on hold, hers was answered and hung up on, while I stayed on hold. Nobody ever answered. While my accidental cancelation was no fault of theirs, them picking up the phone and hanging up on customers or refusing to answer calls is ridiculous.

Ordered pizza with marble brownies. Forgot the marble brownies and also ordered cinnamon dessert. Didn’t give me the sauce. Tried calling and no answers. Drove up there myself and told them they forgot my brownies. They said they could refund me. I said I wanted the brownies. Seemed upset they had to cook it. While I was waiting someone else came in and said that their pizza wasn’t cut so they brought it in to cut it. Also didn’t get his garlic sauce. Probably worst experience a restaurant could give.

Was a really bad experience. Ordered extra cheese, couldn’t find any cheese. Was really salty. And cooked until it was hard . The only good thing was the delivery man, punctual, very nice, courteous .

10 minutes shy of 2 hours. I live 1 miles from store. Called told driver left 20 minutes ago…. not sure where they went as I’m literally 1 light and live .8 miles from store just had busy day and studies. After waiting nearly 2 hours finally get pizza and kids plain cheese is burned, and pizzas are room temp… not a happy momma and won’t be ordering from this dominos delivery again. This has happened last 3 deliveries and for whatever reason it’s my kids favorite so I keep trying. No more

Lol tried these guys one last time December 2022 and that’ll be it forever… Long delivery wait time, cold pizza and appetizers… This place might be the worst domino’s in the country
August 2020 and have to bring this rating back down to where it belongs after the last few orders then this Saturday night, waited almost 3 hours and had to call them to be told we’re backed up ( yea no $hi# ) so then after still hearing nothing and needing some food for the family called back and no timeframe so we asked to just come pick it up and they said yes it’ll be ready in 10, waited much longer then got the food that looked to be sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours, plenty of other pizza options so won’t be giving business to this spot again…
Back to a 5 star rating after the last couple orders… Delivery was quick and the various items ordered for the family everything was hot and fresh, hopefully they keep up this standard, ain’t tough but it’s not easy too
Havechange this rating from 4 to a 3 after tonight’s order…. This place is just dead average, at times it’s a 5 star but consistently well below and we keep giving them a chance…. Ain’t too much to choose from in Georgetown..

I only give 3 because the only pizza I order is the Pepperoni Lover’s pizza. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered where the “Lover’s ” part is missing. This looks like a regular Pepperoni pizza. The manager fixed it last time. I picked it up at the window this time and noticed after I got home. This has to get better.
