Stopped in here on a whim and it didn’t disappoint! Matt has been wonderful and his vibe is very positive. He helped my mom find something that would work for her sensitivities. I would definitely recommend the pork belly taco to anyone! And the frozen vato margarita is to die for.

Honestly, the quality and consistency has dropped a lot. The breakfast burritos used to be completely worth the money. They were a weekend staple for us at the Foundry. Over the past year, though, we’ve realized they just aren’t anymore. Today, I mentioned that the portion felt very small, and the employee said, “That’s how they’ve always been, two scoops.” I can assure you, that’s not the case since we’ve been consistent customers over the past few years.
The last two pictures are from about a year ago when we started to notice the shift; first is from today. Scrawny little things.
Anyway, here’s a picture of your $7 burrito, save your money.

Shea was the chick who took my order and she was super helpful, suggesting what kind of tacos I would like and being super patient and friendly with my kiddos. She even let me sample the soft serve and convinced me to buy the churro dessert! Will definitely be coming back often!

Easily one of the best places I’ve been to in awhile. The worker Jude was such good conversation. You can tell this guy just worked his butt off in the kitchen and always keeps a smile on his face and is super sweet. Will honestly come back just in hopes of seeing him again. His presence really made the environment stand out from just another fast food place.

I have been to both locations (fort Collins and Loveland) and it is consistently a great spot to go easy with the family, or just my wife and me. I would say this is a modern take on Mexican. I usually go with the chicken nachos, carne asada tacos, chips and queso, with a tasty margarita. Both locations are great in that they put you in the center of the action in both downtown areas. My Wife swears by the spicy margarita!

Yum!!! First time there tonight and we thought it was fantastic! We ordered the guacamole, salsa and street tacos!!! Everything was absolutely delicious! Good prices, service and portions. (Yes, the tacos are small but they’re 3 bucks!!) Love the graffiti decor too! Whoo~hoo awesome it’s within walking distance from my house!!! Go get your taco fix!!

The tacos were good, but they were the tiniest ever… Baby sized at best. 9 dollars for chips and guac is a bit much. Overall I’d say they were just a bit overpriced in general. 58 bucks with a tip and a Mexican Coke for my son and I. You would expect a little more for the price. Overall the quality of the food was good, but man did I mention how tiny they were?! Two bite tacos!

Great/fun location for patio dining. Staff is friendly and provides great service. Street tacos are very small for the price (so not a good value) but all the ones we have tried have been very tasty with fresh ingredients. The burritos are large and a better value. Quesadilla was large but mostly cheese. Enchiladas were great. Small draft beer selection.

I ordered a few different street tacos. They came no more than 5 minutes after I sat down. Tasted frickin awesome. A little expensive for how small the tacos are. I could definitely have one of each lol. But not over priced for how good the food was. Absolutely a fun and great atmosphere to eat at!

I have been a longtime fan of vatos and gl often, and my boyfriend and I both work in customer service and restaurants, tonight we came during the Festival of Lights which we understand is a very busy time and we knew going in we would wait.
When ordered at 7:04pm we were told a 30 minute wait. We waited a hour for an order of nachos and 5 street tacos, during that we also noticed three big tables near us of families get their food before us that all sat down after us. When we did get our food after 50 minutes at 7:56pm , all the tacos were cold besides the nachos but the nachos were made without some of the toppings that we wanted.
Again as restaurant workers, we only truly have a issue with this as it seems as a health code issue and at that point we know it has been sitting in the window without being ran for what is to assume 10+ minutes. And when we had asked about the food after 30 minutes we were told only 5 more which ended up being another 20.
My boyfriend went up to who we assume was the manager on duty that was dressed nicely in a tan sweater and asked if a refund would be possible or to quickly remake or heat up the cold tacos. They offered to remake/reheat but said it would take some time still and we were not entirely open to having to wait another 20 minutes/ 70 minutes in total now for 5 tacos. We instead got a refund but that is now when my boyfriend had to assist and show the manager how to provide a refund with their toast pos system. I do not expect anything in return but no gesture was offered such as a coupon for next time or a quicker remake time except the manager saying there is really no excuse and that they in all words: “didn’t have it together”. I have never had many bad experiences here but this one was hard to excuse and the customer service wasn’t handled/provided well.
