Rebecka and the store manager both raised the bar of customer service today. the are both first class with their customers service. the have restored my faith in fast food. The food was good but the service was great!! i will make this my go to place for a quick on the go meal just because of them. WELL DONE.

Hardee’s Steak Biscuit was a great breakfast treat. The biscuit itself was warm, soft, and buttery, and the steak had a nice flavor without being too chewy or salty. Everything tasted fresh, and it felt like a good, hearty way to start the day. If you like a savory breakfast, this one is worth trying.

My biscuit was falling apart and my steak was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there all morning. I ask for crispy bacon for my wife’s bacon egg and cheese and did not get it. I will be going to McDonald’s from now on until you bring Sondra back.

I was here two days in a row. The food was great (I prefer my bacon a little crispier though). The staff was super friendly. The restaurant is extremely clean. I love the fun decorations for the holiday, they’re super cute.
Running a restaurant myself I know the self serve soda towers are a colossal pain, I think the lines need cleaned on this unit the drinks tasted a little funny, so I got refills from the counter and they were great.

After a long drive we stopped in. They looked closed but the employees waved us in, that was nice. There was only one other customer in there so we had the place to ourselves. The employees were very nice And got our orders correct. They did not rush us or make us feel like we needed to hurry. This is great location and recommend you visit if you’re nearby.

If you like overall bad food, then go, they couldn’t get a simple milkshake, right? And trust me, when I say bad timing. It took forever to get a milkshake and a burger. It looked to be young, 2 teenagers, not their faults, but the manager needs to do better.

Worst bacon, egg and cheese biscuits I’ve ever tried to eat. Biscuit was underdone & flattened, egg was overdone, bacon nothing but strips of undercooked fat wrapped in grease covered paper. I didn’t even try to eat the 2nd biscuit, it went straight into the trash. Both biscuits appeared to have been reheated in a microwave. The biscuits were very under baked and should have gone into their trash before assembling something so disgusting.

I was admonished by the shift manager against throwing “Public trash,” Five Guy paper cups, into the bin within the store. I eat out between 8 and 10 times a week for a number of years and always deposit cups from the last meal in the bin of the next restaurant. To be told at 4:50 pm on March 29 that it was against the law to deposit drink cups into a bin seems incredible to me and this Hardees is the only one to follow the law in my 50 years of eating in public places. I will find new places to throw away my last drink cup.
