Second time I have come here to eat and I have to leave a 5 star review. Great service from Tilly friendly and fast and most importantly correct. Tried Asian wonton nachos and jacks pan bread SOOOO good omg. The main dishes were just as good! Steak dinner cooked to perfection. I love this spot and it always has wonderful service!

The Food & Drinks
We kept it classic with drinks and appetizers, and the kitchen absolutely nailed it:
* The Garlic Pan Bread: You can’t go to Jack’s and not order this. It arrived warm, buttery, and perfectly soft—the ultimate comfort starter.
* Lobster & Crab Dip: This was the star of the show. It was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, served at the perfect temperature with plenty of pita and chips for dipping.
* Drinks: Our cocktails were expertly mixed, crisp, and served fast.
The Service
What truly elevated our night was our server, Alex. It’s rare to find service this proactive; Alex was on top of everything. We never had to hunt anyone down for a refill—she made sure our drinks were topped up constantly and performed frequent table checks to ensure we had everything we needed. She was professional, friendly, and made us feel like a priority!

The South London location has that iconic Jack Astor’s energy—it’s loud, fun, and unapologetically irreverent. Whether you’re sitting near the bar to catch the game or in a booth for a more social hang, the vibe is always electric. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. The crispy batter was so tasty and easy to bite into. The chicken itself was juicy and absolutely delicious. Our server Mitch was amazing. The place was busy but he still was able to be thoughtful and pleasant. One of my best outings in a long time.

The service was good. The food came out hot and had a good presentation. The portions were a good size and we took leftovers home. We had a chicken club and chicken fingers. They had a good selection on the menu.

Our server, Mitch, was phenomenal. He was attentive, upbeat and hilarious. Plus very knowledgable with the menu.
The food was great. Had a slight issue with the calamari tasting salty. It was still very tasty.
Mitch and the Manager shared our feedback and took the time to discuss with us. We determined that it was due to the calamari being marinated with the jalapeños and onion.
This location is amazing and we will return!

Ben our server was great and full of useful information! He recommended both our meals and we loved them. The food was delicious and just what we wanted. The Margaritas were super tasty as well. The music was a bit loud for 7pm.. but we are old.. oldish.. patio was clean and so were the washrooms.

My friend and I visited your location on Tuesday for a Birthday lunch. We decided to sit outside as patio weather will soon be gone and it was a beautiful day! Our server Patrick was great! He was very attentive to us, made sure we had everything we needed during our entire meal. We felt very relaxed and taken care of.
