Had one of the best pizzas I had in years a couple weeks ago. Ordered the Serious Meat with hot honey, cooked to perfection, loaded with toppings. Whoever made that pizza last time deserves a raise. This time was good but last time was magical.

Food is always pretty good. They have a newer AI answering service that has to be killing there business. I’ve tried on a few occasions and is super aggravating. When asked what crust, I say thin. It says ok got it. Did you say thick? I say no thin. After 3 or 4 attempts it hangs up.

I asked for a well-done pizza for both my pizzas and they were barely done the sausage and meat on the meat eaters Pizza look like it was just throwing on there after it was actually cooked. The dough was not crispy it was not done all the way let alone well done. We like our pizzas crispy not floppy and doughy you guys are a poor representation of what customer satisfaction really means.

I ordered 2 pizzas 4 delivery @ 8:11p. My pizzas didn’t arrive until 9:44p. Both pizzas were barely even warm. I waited so long that I lost my appetite and besides that, I had 2 go 2 bed by 10p 4 work the next morning. I order from this location often. Never had an issue. This is RIDICULOUS!! I DESERVE A REFUND!!!! I will NEVER order from this location 4 delivery again. It will be pickup IF I decide 2 order from them again. Ps, here’s the pics. May LOOK good but wasn’t at all!!

This location looks like they are closing. However they are not. Pop machine was down, evidently getting rid of it. Only offered bottle pop.only had one menu to look at. Did not offer plates, utensils or napkins. Definitely will not return. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered a small individual pizza and an order of wings to be delivered. The pizza came to me just like that, as if it had not been carefully placed in the bag to carry. The wings are self explanatory. They weren’t even mixed. Just barbecue sauce poured into the box.
I called the store less than 5 minutes of receiving my delivery. I requested a complete refund instead of a credit, as I do not plan to order from there anymore, and I was advised that it will reflect on Monday. I am beyond disgusted and unhappy with the service. The gentleman was not empathetic all too much, but more so annoyed. He did offer corporates phone number. I believe they close around 11. My order was placed at 8:29. This is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza well done with crushed peppers. Pizza was not well done, no peppers & looked like it was turned sideways to carry. Just a mess.

I ordered a Calzato with a well done bake (I always do a well done bake at Donatos) but apparently this time it meant to burn the heck out of it. The first pic is how it’s supposed to look and the following pictures are what I got. Also, I hate half of it then proceeded to have horrible stomach issues. Never experienced this with Donatos before so I’m very disappointed.

We order all the time and is usually good. But we ordered Saturday night, and I will cut them some slack, I bet they were busy. We called and ordered for delivery and we’re told it will be delivered in 45 minutes. We patiently waited. An hour went pass, and then an hour 1/2, and then 15 more minutes. We decided to call to make sure everything was okay. We waited a few minutes, and then the manager answered, and said that they were waiting for a DoorDash driver since they only had one delivery person, and was kind of rude when she told us. We just decided to pick it up, and since DoorDash didn’t deliver, we would have assumed the delivery fee would be disputed, which it wasn’t. When we got home, the pizza was cold (because it’s been sitting out for over an hour 1/2) and the cheesy bread was burnt. I know businesses sometimes have rough nights, but we could have at least been told that they were using DoorDash and not give us a false estimate time , or else we would have picked it up ourselves.
