Ordered from Dominoes in East Stroudsburg a few nights ago and had a horrible experience. Estimated wait for the pizza was about an hour. I was fine with this. I’d be up a little bit and could wait for the pizza. Two hours go by before my pizza is even being baked. I watched the delivery driver deliver 4-5 other locations and then drive back to the store without delivering my pizza. Then the app closed out the tracker as if I’d received my order! I was livid. I called the store and whoever I spoke to told me that “the drivers gps is messed up and he’d be at my place in 10 mins”. (Mind you it’s already 12:30 at night, and I ordered the pizza at 10:30pm.)
I stayed up another half an hour (1am) with still no pizza. I tried calling the store 2 more times with no one answering the phone. I felt defeated and like I’d just been scammed. I hopped in bed, and 10 minutes later, the dominoes delivery driver was at my house. The delivery driver wasn’t rude, and the pizza wasn’t cold (surprisingly). I’m a very understanding person. If they were short staffed on that night, I can understand the delay. However, I was treated with annoyance when I called to check on my order, was lied to about the drivers gps, and made to wait 3 hours for order. I would always order from Dominoes whenever I wanted some late night pizza, but after this interaction, I’ll be going somewhere else.

I ordered extra Parmesan garlic sauce on the pizza. There was hardly any. When I called they told me we put enough on there. I’m the one eating it. I do not taste hardly any The pizza was good but it was dry The first pizza is the dry pizza I always ask for extra sauce. The second pizza is a previous order with extra sauce. See the difference

Horrible customer service, I ordered a pan pizza and it was left at my store step in 20 degree weather( did not select this option) , manager lied about delivery driver contacting me and refused to give a new pizza or a refund.. hung up on me and told me to warm my pizza up.. completely unprofessional and they have no human decency God bless

This was my second time having a problem here. Normally they’re good, but on Fridays and Saturdays night time, I wouldn’t recommend ordering pizza at this location. The staff just kept doing what they were doing while customers stood there and waited for awhile. They made my pizza incorrect due to them having a “bad” batch of dough. I hope no one at the store at that time happened to be the manager, and if so he/she needs to manage better.

My food came hot and quick. Was not overwhelming with salt as some dominos places I have ordered from;the food was made just right nothing overcooked. So far they are my go to place for Dominos.One thing they can maybe fix would be not to pack everything in one bag because it crushes the boxes. Thankfully nothing got on the top part.

ordered parmesan bites and got lava cakes instead.. I called the store because i don’t eat those and they could’ve easily taken it back and given the bread bites instead. When I asked how long for bread to come back (I live 5 minutes from the store) he told me it would take 35 minutes for bread… Instead of prioritizing their mistake and making a fix of that. He credited my account so the next time I order I can get my parmesan bread bites but honestly i don’t order from dominos often because they’re always doing something unprofessional. I always tip. I work in a tip

I stopped in this evening to grab my to go order. I found the building filled with staff, most of whom were messing around or eating their food. There was one gentleman who was polite and helpful, clearly looking to be productive. When I got home I was disappointed to find that my parm bites were completely raw and needed to be baked further in order to be edible. Disappointing to say the least.
