Stopped in before they closed to grab some flights to go. Love that this was an option they offered! A variety of flavors and toppings all made in house. My favorites were the red velvet Oreo, blueberry muffin (the sugar crystals made this one) and cookie butter. My least favorite was the cinnamon bun (came with cream cheese frosting – yum! But was a little too cinnamony for me). They even do homemade ice cream pies and large flights for parties/gifts. Definitely recommend!

My mother and I decided to try this ice cream place after we had lunch. We were not disappointed! I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough, which was delicious, and my mother ordered the chocolate ice cream flavor. The ice cream was delicious, creamy, and did not have any strange aftertaste as some places do. Please visit this ice cream shop and try some of their flavors! You won’t be disappointed.

I love a place that gives you an option to try multiple flavors at once. Uncle John’s ice cream flights hit the spot every time (pb cup is our favorite)! No more deciding between flavors when you can get more than one. The owner also takes great pride in his business. Every time I’ve been there he’s out on the floor asking customers how their orders are, what their favorite flavors have been, if this is their first visit. You can tell how passionate he is about his products – he’ll tell you all about how it’s made and what the most popular flavors are. Truly a one of a kind place. Keep up the good work!

Wow, what a fantastic new addition to the neighborhood! It is everything you could want in an ice cream shop and more. It’s incredibly cute and inviting, and the ice cream? Absolutely crazy good! We love that they feature rotating handmade flavors – it makes every visit an adventure. We’ve stopped by twice since they opened and both times were so much fun. You can truly taste the homemade quality, and the whole place feels so local and charming. Plus, it’s nicely decorated and in a great location. Seriously, put this on your list – you must visit!

So many flavors to choose from, we ended up getting biscoff with caramel drizzle and strawberry. Met uncle John himself and he was super nice! Excellent customer service. He makes all the ice cream himself from scratch. The ice cream tastes so fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend coming here with your kids, they would love the flavors!

As a big fan of ice cream, I was very excited for Uncle John’s Ice Creamery to open in town. With delicious rotating flavors (plus flight options!) you can easily get your favorite or find a new one! There is plenty of seating and everyone who works there is welcoming. Even Uncle John himself comes out to check in and say hello! Overall this is a great addition to our community. Make sure to check it out and grab a scoop – I highly recommend Peanut Butter Cup or Blueberry Muffin!

The Ice cream is delicious and homemade. It has the perfect texture and flavor . It’s very creamy and high quality. It doesn’t taste like skim milk 1% ice cream as some ice cream shops. It has the perfect amount of sweetness as well. I’m so happy that I don’t have to go all the way to Richardson’s ice cream in Middleton to get good quality ice cream anymore. Keep up the good work!

Uncle John’s is such a great addition to the neighborhood! The shop itself has a warm, welcoming vibe and the staff are super friendly and happy to let you sample before choosing, and you can tell they really care about what they serve. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully made, from the presentation to the atmosphere. I tried the tiramisu flavor on my first visit and it instantly won me over—easily the best I’ve had. This is definitely going to be my new ice cream spot.

Great new ice cream shop in Wilmington in the MB Plaza. I’ve been a few times now trying several flavors at this point. My favorites so far is the Pecan Praline and the Banana Pudding but there have been several other great ones too that I sampled from friends and family like the Peach and Black Raspberry. Nice location for parking and a handful of tables to hang with friends or family. Owner will come out to chat with you and see how you are enjoying the ice cream. There are traditional flavors as well as some new creative ones and you will find some flavors changing out. Check it out soon!
