I’m always curious about trying Vietnamese food outside of Houston and Pho Valley is a gem. I was traveling for work and wasn’t expecting to find a rich and flavorful beef pho in this part of PA. I am so glad I stopped by. The aromatics of the broth was toned down from what I’m used to, but the broth had a touch of liquid gold at the top and still tasted excellent. I also got a delicious homemade Vietnamese iced coffee (cafe sua da) with my meal. I chatted with the owner and he is very passionate about sharing authentic Vietnamese cuisine with the community. Looking forward to my next work trip just to stop by!

Wow!! The absolute best Pho I’ve ever had. And I’ve had quite a bit of Pho over the years on the west coast. I discovered this hidden little gem nestled along the road in Monongahela while driving through one day. My husband and I finally gave it a try today and we were absolutely blown away! The owner, Duong was our server and what a super nice and interesting man. He told us all about his life in Vietnam and how he and his wife ended up in the area. He explained every dish to us and how the flavors were developed. Not only was the Pho broth spot on and delicious, the fresh spring rolls were amazing. My husband got the egg rolls and chicken wings. He said both were the best he’s ever had. I cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful dishes all around. Beautiful people who are calm and caring and ready to help prepare the meal the way you need it. I have been sick and they make a very good soup that soothes the soul and helps you feel better inside and out. I also enjoy their tai chai tea. Everything actually.

When entering we were greeted by the owner who is probably one of the friendliest, kindest humans I’ve ever met and he’s hilarious and so easy to talk to! We ordered the spring rolls, egg rolls, beef pho and bun tnit tong(I think that’s how it’s spelled) and everything was absolutely incredible and some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten in the area. It’s very authentic and true to Vietnamese culture. My 1 year old was even impressed by everything, she tore her little bowl of pho up! Also, the portions are out of this world and for a great price! 20/10, highly recommend to anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine or is interested in trying something new!

Absolutely essential eating. Heart and stomach nourishing. I got the chicken wings and shrimp fried rice, and had plenty left to take home. A restaurant like this is a reminder of why I don’t exclusively cook at home.

I stopped in at Pho Valley Vietnamese Restaurant tonight for dinner. The owner is originally from Vietnam, so the food is genuine.
The Bun Thit Nuang, which is beef, shrimp, and noodles, mixed with lettuce and a special sauce, was delicious and filling! I took half home for dinner tomorrow.

First time eating at the location. We were kindly met by the owner once inside and we got seated. Order was taken and food arrived in a timely manner. I’m no Pho connoisseur but this was very good. The summer rolls were also on point. I will be back when im in town visiting family. Highly recommend.
