I had an amazing experience at the Chipotle location in Uptown Charlotte on Tryon. The service was outstanding, and the food was fresh and perfectly prepared. A special shoutout to Alexis, I believe was her name and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, including bringing out a fresh batch of chips. Her exceptional customer service truly made the visit memorable!

The guy who was responsible for starting the bowl was rude and was rushing the experience. He made the bowls extremely messy, which resulted in toppings I didn’t ask for in my bowl. He was sloppy and in a rush. (Mindu there was no line that was just his attitude with all customers I observed) WORSE BOWL I EVER HAD. & who ever cooked that chicken it was dry get off the grill.

What happened to Chipotle dude…just close down this location at this point. Every hour of the day is a chaotic mess in there but today’s 1-Star is for total lack of product. Middle of dinner rush but the store is out of rice, guac, tortillas, half the meats, and lettuce. Why even be open besides just to scam your customers. They need some corporate oversight in this location ASAP. Chipotle used to be the best now it’s just as bad as any fast food place these days…

It’s very chaotic and unorganized. There was only one nice worker! They’re not smiling or greeting you. There is even employees in there with tank tops on with no Chipotle logo. There were alot of flies and gnats by the drinks and forks as well. Very distasteful experience.

Probably one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. The staff in the line to making orders is fine, some really really nice but most that definitely do not want to be there. Same with the staff on the line making to-go orders (separate line). Food quality is very very poor. 9 out of 10 times your to-go order is going to be wrong. This is one of the busiest Chipotle I have been too so I understand the wait and lag and staff not being overly pleasant but I think at the very least food quality should be mediocre. PLenty of places in uptown charlotte to visit instead of this restaurant

Female with dreads who was making my burrito had a very rude tone, made me feel like I was making her angry just by ordering my food. For the price of the food, I’m definitely not satisfied. I was kind and said thank you, I didn’t do anything to deserve the attitude.

Just went there for Lunch today and had a great experience. Just make sure you order ahead on the app because the line can be quite long and will eat up your time if that’s a factor for you.
My order was ready when I arrived, seating was available and clean. I love the energy of the city and watching that while eating.
Probably my favorite Chipotle around because of this. One thing that’s really great too is Vegan options. I recently went vegan for health reasons and it’s sure nice to eat a familiar meal for a reasonable cost.
This is also a short walk from my office which is convenient and nice to get a few steps in. I hope you enjoy your meal!

Host “erika” is extremely rude. While she was checking me out she was scolding her coworker because he didnt hear her. She then told him to shut up when he said he didnt hear her. All in front of all the customers. She was then rolling her eyes at me. Very rude – bad experience.
