I added large chips and guacamole to my order. The chips don’t taste fresh and the guacamole looks like the pictures below. I’m pretty sure it is left over from yesterday because I never seen guacamole oxidation this bad unless it is left for the second day. So disappointed. Chipotle, do better! This review is strictly based on the quality of food. I ordered online and the food was ready when we got there, but it does not matter when it looks like this.

We waited in line for 10 minutes. We moved two feet. It was a fundraiser night and they had one person working the counter. The rest were focused on online orders. We gave up and went to Panda Express. We got our food in five minutes and it tasted great. Because of the poor service at Chipotle, we discovered a new place to go to! We are being very kind to Chipotle with one star.

Thank you for being the only competent Chipotle in Berks County! They have a great staff, always have full containers of food, and fill portions correctly! Look at these photos! It is well worth driving 10+ minutes out of my way to avoid the Broadcasting Square location. I cannot recommend this location enough. I have had a great experience 100% of the time.

I ordered extra meat didn’t get it .. paid for guacamole it was black and stringy the girls served the portion so small that when I got home the food moved around in the plate all to one side . She was stretching the steak meat which was rubbery and the rice was not fully cooked lots of hard raw pieces in it. I called so the order could be corrected or refunded and I was told no 36$ washed down the drain . I will never ever be going back to this or any Chipotle becuase even if I take the uneaten food back they will not make it right I was told they will let team members know to do better.. like really? 36$ for 2 orders of rice and steak that are un-eddible.. lesson learned smh

I’ve always liked Chipotle and considered a step up from Taco Bell. I really liked the flavor combinations. My friend got me hooked on the burrito bowls.
On my most recent visit, I had a bad experience. I got a veggie burrito bowl. Honestly, the food tasted fine for flavor but it didn’t sit well with my stomach. I didn’t eat much of it – probably about five or six bites of it.
I stopped eating and thought I should leave. Less than five minutes later I was vomiting in my car and vomited a few additional times within the next hour or so. I’m pretty sure it was food poisoning.
Out of morbid curiosity, I had put the food in the fridge to maybe revisit it as meal after I felt better. When heating it up and taking a few bites, the warning signs immediately returned that I was having a direct reaction to the food.
I ended up throwing out about $12 of food, ultimately.

I love this location and have for a while, my most recent visit disappointed me greatly. The food was extremely salty, and the girl working behind the counter put barely any rice meat, or other toppings but drowned it in sour cream and guac. I hope the issues get fixed soon or I will not come back. I was five bites in and got to the bottom, for almost $20, not impressed.

A couple months ago, I wrote a very positive review. This is my third time back and I take back my positive review.
The only thing fresh was a guacamole, and it was very good very and expensive.
Staff standing around, not waiting on people. I think only one person spoke English. First time I went there it was great second time I thought it was my fault that I ordered something too spicy to be edible so I played with a little more caution this time no I have zero desire ever come back. If you’re gonna pay three dollars extra for guacamole you should get more than two small tablespoons. You’re going to pay for a large Walle which isn’t very large you would think they would throw in chips with that.
Yeah I can understand why most of them in the whole country went out of business.
Now if you really like spicy it’s good you’re gonna pay a lot for it granite there aren’t very many Mexican restaurants around here.

Disgusting! How do you show up at chipotle around lunch time and they have no fajita; no spicy chicken and no brisket. I asked for fajita, and the lady in the front said we don’t have any. Then she turned around to the guy the grill and he shrugged his shoulders and kept cutting the steak. I then recommended to the girl why don’t you get some fajita from the other line. It’s like people who don’t care and can’t think for themselves.
The food looks dry and greasy, as though it’s been sitting out all night. I finally get my salad bowl, take it home, get ready to eat to find a long strand of black hair in my food. I have never been such a disgusting chipotle in my life. Crazy thing is I really love chipotle but this location is dirty.

Been here 2 times in the past week the food is terrible quality, my one order looked like someone did it fast little to no meat and every topping was skimpy. The one today was down right terrible ordered tacos and a burrito neither one had meat in them and it had to be done online they weren’t taking in person orders. When I call to talk to a manager can’t even get a hold of one about the issue to get it fixed.
