Came in at 1030am 11/25/25. Had placed an online order. Very simple, a homestyle loaded breakfast burrito. Thats eggs, cheese, ham, sausage and bacon. With a large drink and large hash rounds.
Was inside in pickup line, behind a group of people whose every order was ridiculously messed up (no egg on egg sandwich, etc). Waited 14-15 minutes (1029am-1044am) received my order. Drink was correct, hash rounds correct. Got to work to devour burrito, annnnnnnd, it was egg, cheese and hash rounds. Lol, no meat. What???
Waste of at least $5 for a blank burrito.
Won’t be returning.

Sabrina welcomed my grandson and I in. Asked him what he would like to eat. Guessed his order, she new exactly what he wanted. Our food was fresh and hot. And the cinnamon roll was so good.

Came in for dinner on 12/19/25, everything was hot, fresh and super fast. Anthony and Vincent were very amazing. Stopped in for breakfast 12/20/25. We dont have Hardee’s by us anymore in St. Louis so I was way too excited to have one next to our hotel. Our breakfast was hot, fast and delicious. Sabrina, Marie, Tina, Bailey, Mary and Aryanna work together like a fine oiled machine. I cant get over how much breakfast business this location does. The ladies were fantastic! Thank you Hardee’s!

To go order #37705610170375, 12/11/25, 1:43 pm. We ordered inside at counter. Everything went well, very friendly and good service. We ate while driving. Bacon cheeseburger and fries was fine for my wife. My chicken tenders were extremely dry so much I couldn’t really eat them for fear of choking! They were obviously old, had been under the warmer lights too long and should have been thrown out. Definitely did not meet my expectations! I provided the exact information you need to make improvements so I hope you do!

We no longer have a hardee’s in baton rouge. Definitely brought me way back when I got the monster thuck burger. The manager here was very friendly, as well as the staff. I just want to say a big thank you. The service and food was great, and tasted like I remember.

I’ve only had their breakfast at this location, but I’ve tried it about 6 times, all around 7am each time. Tried different things, its all terrible compared to any other hardees I’ve ever had. Gave it many chances but not going back. Whether I order on the app while sitting in the parking lot, drive through, or order and then pick up, its always cold and not good at all. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but they definitely need to step it up on the morning shift. but I will say the employees themselves have always been nice and patient too.
