The last three times I have mobile ordered, my order has been wrong and/or has been missing items. I keep having to fill out complaints on the app and yeah its cool they give me a discount on my new orders but at what point does it stop? Each order has been made wrong by the two high school girls whenever they are working. The tall one with the long blonde hair and the other girl with curly black hair.

this was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and specifically asked for no spicy ranch and I received my order and the tacos were not properly wrapped and just everywhere. when I opened the cheesy gordita crunch it didnt only have a normal portion of spicy ranch but it had extra on it. I called the taco bell and I talked to the lady about it. she was extremely rude and if I knew her name I would report her to HR. she told me that if I came back she would not give me a refund. this is absolutely ridiculous and if im being completely honest, I have never seen a hard working employee there. there all rude and have smug looks on their faces. when the girl gave me my bag she also threw it on the table and said my name in a rude way and walked away. 0-10 stars. DO NOT GO HERE.

Matthew is the best drive thru cashier around! He is very accurate at taking orders and I don’t feel rushed. He makes sure I get everything I ordered and in a timely manner he is the reason I drive across town to come to this location and eat here often!

Ordered a Burrito Supreme and 2 Bean Burritos. Got home and ate 2 Bean Burritos and the 3rd burrito was also a bean!!!

one of the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to very rude a slammed the window in my face because I came thru 30 minutes before close. Food was wrong and cold tried to call the store no one answered.

Ordered 3 soft tacos and 2 chips and cheese. Oh, and a Baja Blast Freeze, but of course, that flavor was not working, which is just unbelievable that that particular flavor is always broken at every location across the US. I am giving 2 stars because the employee was friendly. But I paid $1.89/ea for the chips, and they literally smelled horrible and one bag only had a few crumbs! The amount of chips we got all together should have been one serving worth. We should have taken Jeff’s advice and gone across town to 10th St, but their rating is only a 3.7. Just pitiful.
