Not one to normally complain or send food back, however the bottom bun was completely soggy and the bread was mushy- yet the whole top was hard and burnt? Cookies are also rock hard

This Subway their vegetables had ice in them and their worker had booty shorts on I didn’t appreciate that being with my husband we had to look at that. Kind of pissed me off to be real. Also the food was nasty since the vegetables were all wilty because the bar was not at the correct temperature obviously since there was ice coming out of it. I used to work for Subway and I can’t believe the clothes that they had on there we would have never been able to wear that to work in my days

Ordered subs for dinner on 5/4/25 from the Goodrich Michigan location. All 3 of the subs were the worst subs we ever had, every single sub was made wrong. The person making the subs was very rude and made us feel like we was an inconvenience. As soon as we walked out the door I watched her go sit at the table with some young boy.

I went in here a few days ago and I was charged ~$23 dollars for 2, 6 inch subs and 1 cookie and a large drink. After talking to the employee and asking if I could redo the transaction (because usually if 2 subs are bought the cost is bundled into the price of a foot long) she told me she wouldn’t do it, and then proceeded to cuss me out under her breath as I walked away after trying to reason with her. Never, have I received such service at this subway before and the workers are usually very nice and will advocate for their customers. I did send the receipt and filled out a review to corporate and I’m awaiting on a response from them. But for the time being, My family and I will not be returning.

They are busy all the time now so ingredients are fresh. The people making the sandwiches are great, have no problems making it exactly how you wish. Most subways over dose with mayo and do not give you enough olives if you ask for extra olives, but they are great. My favorite subway.
