We visited the brand new Chicken Salad Chick in Plant City this evening and oh, what a great experience! The restaurant was so clean, as were the restrooms!

I have never been a huge fan of the old-fashioned, traditional Chicken Salad, which is always bland, so that tells you this a quite a step above from the norm since we love it so much!
There are many different, unique Chicken Salads to select from; each with their own unique flair!
They are served as a good-sized scoop on fresh lettuce, or as a sandwich on a fresh, crescent type roll. The chicken salad is always fresh and delicious!!!!! The serving sizes are plentiful!
The broccoli salad side-dish topped with bacon is so good! So delicious with lots of fresh, tasty ingredients and seasoned just right!
They offer different soups coinciding with certain days of the week. I am so hooked on their brocholli-cheese soup. It is very fresh and cheezy, SO delicious and tastes homemade!!!
Visited during opening week and the new Plant City location was full of customers, both new 1st timers as well as, us regulars. The staff handled the incoming influx of customers with style and grace and the fresh food was delivered to our table within a few minutes! Even though they were all in training, they did a great job and never skipped a beat! They were all so pleasant and helpful!
The vanilla cream topped cookies you get with each order are so yummy and individually wrapped, so always fresh and a great tasting!
Lately, they started offering a hefty piece of cake, similar to their famous cookies, and for a reasonable price! The cake is just SO delicious and the icing similar to their yummy cookie icing! 🙂
The fresh strawberry-lemonade drink is so good!!!!!!! Always fresh!

I came here to specifically give this location 5 ⭐️ because EVERY time I come in, the service is incredibly kind and friendly!!! The chicken salad is always on point across all locations but THIS location….is blessed with the best staff! Especially the ladies working the counter at 1:15pm on New Years Eve!!

First time having tried Chicken Salad Chick and I have returned a few times since. No complaints with the chicken salad options and freshness. Sadly I was informed they removed the salad with chicken salad option off the menu – please add it back! Would come back more frequently for it. I’ve only ordered online or take out.

The District manager Gabby came in to my Restaurant in ybor ( Pepper’s Island Restaurant.) While speaking I found out she was the district manager for this location so I came with my mom to show our support. Everyone is so great! Big Chicken Salad Chick but left disappointed.
Tried this location twice now and it’s just a miss.
Placed a to go order, online process was simple and easy. Went to pick it up and was over come by a horrible smell in the restaurant. My order had missing pieces i.e., crackers not included, pickle was soggy, and the pasta salad was meh. Honestly, just an overall lack luster experience. Won’t be returning to this location.
