If you have a cold and just need some egg drop or hot and sour soup, Rice Kitchen is fine.
If you want to eat decent Chinese American, look elsewhere.
And whatever you do, DO NOT order sushi!!! Only time in my life I have ever thrown away maki. It arrived warm to the touch, with rice drying and nori visible shrinking (due to being old); the cucumber was floppy and translucent like old cucumber gets when it has sat too long at room temperature. Tuna was pale – like the color of the pink side of tilapia— and had a sheen to it like old meat. Salmon had a milky substance on it.
Gave it all to the cat.
General Tao’s was bright red but edible— lo mein smells like fish sauce but again, edible.
