Fun, attractive donut and bakery shop with goodies for anyone, plus coffee and other drinks. Staff is always friendly and polite. My family has always enjoyed the treats we get there.

I have nothing good to say about this shop. I was in from Virginia visiting family and stopped by to get a dozen donuts for the road to try.
First off, multiple signs stating no photography in the shop. Once inside, none of the donuts are labeled, so you don’t know if they have a cream center, custard center, or jelly center. It’s all a guessing game! No prices advertised either. Again, just a big guessing game.
The lady working was incredibly rude. I tried to make friendly small talk, telling her that it was my first time there, but she didn’t crack a smile; just an absolutely miserable person.
I ordered a dozen donuts and an apple fritter. She did mention that the apple fritter was a separate charge, but failed to mention that the donuts with a center were more expensive.
You can imagine my shock at the register when I see that it’s nearly $25 for a dozen donuts and an apple fritter.
Two words; Never again.
I do not recommend. There are far too many donut shops in the area that are far more superior. Worst of all, the donuts weren’t even good.
Who’s keeping this place in business?

Doughnuts are good but extremely overpriced. Ill go to Jr’s Doughnut shop in parkersburg, they are just as good and reasonable priced unlike mr mchappys. Get your prices under control. Its outrageous. 30$ for a dozen Doughnuts. Pretty sad egrn a dozen Doughnuts cost the same as a dozen roses .

We go to the window ..they’re friendly..but don’t have the donuts that my family likes most of the time..they go fast and they have Baklava and it is dry and you get a little piece for almost 5.00 so that is a rip off ! They’re cream horns are awful as well ! They have great coffee and wonderful choc cake and blueberry cake donuts ..but just count how many days it takes you to score one ! The employees are very friendly and have no problem with making you fresh coffee or giving you the run down of the donuts they have left til the early morning hours ..

I’ve been to this restaurant over 30 times..the food is awesome, the service is on the slow side. The servers work their tails off, it’s a management issue, Management does not allow enough staff to serve customers timely.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous!!!!
4.99 for a cream horn. I can go to krogers and buy a pack of 4 for 2.99……and they taste better.
This place has really become greedy.

This place used to be good! BUY THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE… Theres nothing labeled or priced and they had the audacity to charge me $2.50 for a single donut!! It was supposed to be cream filled but only had a minuscule amount of cream in the middle and the donut was not good. Buyer beware!! They will never see a penny of my money again. Who in the world is keeping this place in business!?

This new bakery is a very upscale place with great donuts. HOWEVER, it is very pricey. For example. Buying 2 dozen at JR’S (as we do often) costs about $22. I got 2 dozen here and it was $40.36. Sooo…will not be back, convenient or not.
