First time and the winner was the banana friggin milkshake. I’m genuinely worried I’ll never try another flavor it was so good.
Burgers were the right size even for a single. Crinkle cut fries were spot on crispy. I got the hillbilly style burger and loved that they had fresh jalapeños. Only issue and this is a preference not a fact, the chili had a very strong nutmeg(?) flavor. Some people love it but it’s just too much for my tastebuds. Still crushed the burger. Onion rings seasonings missed the mark for me but cooked as perfectly as the fries. Friend got an Apache Style, had a good spice level, the pico gave it a super fresh bite, and the crispy tortilla stripes gave it a great crunch.

Always a great stop. Feel like I have been going there almost 20 years. Took my oldest there for the first time today as we happened to be downtown, and he wanted a burger. He loved it.

The service here was a definite highlight, deserving of praise. However, the food quality left much to be desired. It had a distinct fast-food vibe despite the table service. The onion rings were a major disappointment. The one bright spot was the pimento cheese balls, which were excellent. The burger, while cooked to a juicy perfection, sadly lacked any real flavor.

We were passing through Atlanta on a Friday night and met up with family here. The menu had unique style burgers, or you could build your own burger. The menu also offered hot dogs, different sides, and full bar items. There was inside and outside seating. The inside was full and was a little loud, so we opted for outside, which was an enclosed pavilion. There were also a few tables that sat outside and were uncovered. There was a tv playing a retro cartoon, which was a great conversation piece. We had fried green tomatoes and fried pickles for an appetizer, and they were delicious. The spicy ranch dip was very good and wasn’t too spicy. The burgers and hot dogs were tasty and juicy. Milkshakes were perfect. Sodas were self serve. Food delivery was fast and accurate. There was a single toilet bathroom each for males and females. Bathrooms were clean. There was wall entertainment of locally sourced graffiti to keep you entertained while you washed your hands. All staff encountered were pleasant and helpful, and the atmosphere was chill.

I have been to different locations around Atlanta. Today, I got the Mexican hot dog and fries. It really hit the spot! The hot dog has a kick to it and is spicy. Parking is a little cramped but you can park on side streets if needed. There is plenty of seating indoor and out.

Honestly the food was pretty amazing! The burgers were flavorful and decent size. The patio option was great for a nice day. The boozy shakes are very great taste wise. The only downside was ice in my root beer float. I have never had ice in a root beer float before and I was not a fan.

Service and atmosphere was amazing. Really neat setting just needs more seats but really cool. Fries were great. Hard to find well cooked crinkle cut fries, but Grind House has that mastered. Burger was prepared exactly as requested and presentation was great. Taste of the burger was lacking. Not sure what it was but didn’t really have much flavor. Not what I was expecting from a place that has killer burgers on their name.
Maybe it was a one off. Not bad but wasn’t the amazing taste I came looking for …
Still would recommend for the experience.

I was visiting Georgia and stopped off here for lunch. I ordered an impossible burger with their special sauce and sweet potato fries. I enjoyed it. My sister had a bean burger and hers did not have flavor. The onion rings were not so crispy either. The atmosphere was nice. There were plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy your food.

Came yesterday for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised. The turkey burger was very well made, and the onion rings were crispy. I brought my little dog, and they are pet friendly on the patio, which was nice. The only downside is if you need a drink refill, napkins or sauces/condiments you would need to get those 1st hand. They don’t have waiters, just food runners. So It made it a bit challenging for me since I had my dog with me and couldn’t go inside with him. I managed to flag someone down to bring me mayo and napkins but couldn’t get a drink refill. I’d come again but maybe with a friend to watch my dog so I can step away for things. Overall the food was good and was alittle pricey. I paid about $25 for a burger a side and drink. Kinda high for lunch.
