BEWARE!!!
I think anyone who values their time or money should avoid this place.
This used to be the best quick food in Kernersville. I’m not sure if this is a management change or what (it generally is), but this place has become utter garbage. Consistently garbage, at that.
My latest pizza I ordered extra bacon and it came with barely any bacon. I only found out after waiting over an hour for my pizza ordered 3pm on a Wednesday.
I assumed the 30 minute “quality check” would have netted a positive result on my behalf but I’ve come to assume that “quality check” is to maximize profits while screwing over the customer.
When service and quality are this bad, I’ve learned that informing management tends to yield negative consequences for the customer.
Never again.

Management is awful. Both my pizzas were wrong. one wasn’t even the correct pizza. This is the worst My pizzas has ever looked. this store messes up my pizza. Every single time and I order the same thing every time. Thin crust extra sauce. My order is messed up so much I stopped getting mad that they was messing it up, I even stop ordering for a while. I decided to order tonight, thinking my pizzas will be correct. I will be inserting the pictures of what I received tonight when I saw them I said maybe this is a joke. Maybe it’s a mistake maybe this is what they Made 1st and just grab the wrong pizzas so I called the store and I spoke to a manager. His name started with a J and he told me I don’t have the right to be mad because it was a mistake. There’s a better way of asking is this a joke because when I called I asked, is this a joke and I asked did he see my pizzas before they left? Did they do a quality check because half of my pizza was burnt not only that but none of it had sauce on it. There was no sauce. The one that’s a hand tossed was supposed to be New York style. He proceeds to tell me that is the New York so while I am talking and telling him what’s wrong with the pizzas he tells me to stop talking because he needs to talk and he’s the only one who can fix the situation. At that point my blood was boiling all I wanted was my refund I was scared for them to make my pizzas because I didn’t know if they would do anything to them. The manager on duty on December 17, 2024 at 10:30 PM needs way better customer service or he does not need to be working there at all. I didn’t call the store being disrespectful but he was very disrespectful. This is what you call acceptable and the manager said he made them.

Best pizza ever! We were ordering through the Oak Ridge store but recently moved, and now Domino’s doesn’t deliver to my new address. We tried Pizza Hut and Papa John’s because they will deliver here, but it doesn’t compare at all. We ordered today through the South Main st. store, and I picked it up. Not only did I save $8 on delivery fees and tip. But the Pizza was exactly as ordered and delicious!

I accidentally put an incorrect address in, only to realize after it was delivered. The staff fixed my mistake and had the order remade and delivered to me. Thank you so much dominos in kernersville!!!

I ordered the two for $6.99 at this location for curbside pick up. When I walked the location was fully staffed with smiling faces and a welcoming greeting. When the lady gave me my order, I felt it was hot to the touch, and based off of the reviews, I had to open the boxes in my car to make sure the food was OK.

We love this dominos! We usually do pick up because the app says they don’t deliver to our address, even though we live 10 minutes away. We called to double check that they couldn’t deliver (we usually pick up) and had the NICEST girl answer the phone. Not only did she let us place a delivery order, but she also helped us get the best deal possible, her name was Kylie! Not everyone would take the time to say “yes we can deliver it” when the app says not in range, as well as navigate us through the best way to order for value, she was so sweet! Our food is always great at this location as well. I would give more than 5 stars if I could ◡̈

I placed my order online the night before, nothing wrong with my order and it was ready a few minutes before my pick up time. The older gentleman at the back grabbed my 5 pizzas for me and carried them to my car and put them in my car for me. That kindness was going above and beyond for me.

Our food is always lukewarm when it arrives. At least this time they didn’t send icing and marinara for our chicken instead of the sauces we actually wanted.
And I guess at least my pizza was actually cut this time.
Tonight, we got boneless chicken that was cut in half. Maybe they were testing the temp to see if it was cooked through? Probably not, as about half of them were cut in half. More like trying to pass it off as a 16 piece order.
We already boycotted this location for about half a year and I think they’re back on the “do not visit” list. Wouldn’t even recommend to cash in on a free emergency pizza. You’ll just be disappointed.
